PayPal helped me to get my money back

PayPal helped me to get my money back ! ! !

Horrible experience! Next time I shall just be careful with those scammers. The Swedish counterpart did not help much either.

However, PayPal returned the whole sum to me. I paid via PayPal, and once I got the letter about 15% etc., I opened a case at PayPal asking to get my money back, and writing in detail about Fanessa/Jerry Marketing’s illegal activities. After 1 month of back and force information exchange and sending the product, today I got back all the money incl. postal expenses.

So, IF you paid via PayPal, complain to them, and you can get your money back after the product is received by Fanessa.

It is the worst experience I have ever…

It is the worst experience I have ever experienced buying shoes from them.
The size is all too small, the quality sucks, and they do not want to return my money saying the 14 days has passed. But in all these 14 days I have been searching for them since I haven't received any email about neither confirmation nor sending. And I myself have been too busy delivering exams to pay attention to that.
