never received my item. all my emails were ignored. no refund. lost over £50

Don't buy from them. I purchased boots and after receiving them I decided to return them because of very poor quality. I contacted them on support email and I got a return address in China. After sending it back and providing them a tracking number, they have never refunded me. I sent numerous emails and no-one answers. I'm so pissed. It was 50 EUR.

Upon ordering I was sent an email indicating I would receive my shirts within 3 weeks. I am now 6 weeks into waiting for any update beyond the initial order receipt. As another reviewer stated, it seems all the 5 star ratings are paid reviewers. I will now be trying to initiate the refund process.finally i found their contact line and their number845521 7386

Do not order from this company was told I would pay $4.99 for a free shirt got charged 9.99 and have been trying to get a hold of somebody cannot get anybody to respond to cancel also read that I'm going to have to cancel a subscription but can't get a hold of anybody for that party either do not order from this company at all!!!

I bought from this company on November 12 and finally received my order today 12/24/2021. I removed the item from packaging and the tags are already coming off. I paid right at $100 for this item and I am so pissed off. This company is ridiculous. Be ware DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Complete scam! Do not order from this company. They are based in Vietnam. You can’t reach them by phone! I never received my order.

i ordered 1 tshirt, at $9.99. before i knew it, it came to about $46.00. I tried to cancel to no avail. so i returned the crap to them and asked for a refund. this started in December. As of today 03/25/21 still no refund!!!

I would give this company more than a 0! I ordered a hoodie in purple. 5 weeks go by and I still didn't recieve my package. I emailed them to see where is was. They said it was returned to them because they were out of purple. So how do you send out a package that wasn't the correct color in the first place. They asked me to pick another color and I did. I still have not heard from them. I should have asked for my money back. If I don't get an email within a few days I will get my money back!! Do not order from them. They have no communication skills and obviously no common sence " mailing" out a color they did not have. Sounds like a lie to me. Cheaters!!!!!

I would rate it even less if I could. I purchased a sweatshirt for a Christmas present. It wasn't delivered until after Christmas and when I received it, it was the wrong size and was of low quality. It was labeled an XL but it wasn't even close. Being that it was late and the wrong size I asked for a full refund. They said measure the sleeves and length of it and send us the photos. I did. I told them it doesn't matter because of the above reasons. After 6 weeks of back and forth, they decided to give me a refund of $8. I thought this was a mistake. I paid $48 for it. I questioned them. They ignored and credited me $8. My vault I guess for not reading all of the negative reviews first. Total scam as most people are saying the same thing. SCAM!!

I only wish I would have read these reviews before ordering a $43 sweater from them. I thought I selected the color black because that’s exactly what the picture was showing. Only to find the color navy had gotten selected when I got the confirmation. I immediately emailed them and asked if I could just do an exchange. They said orders were made one by one for customers and this couldn’t be done... ummm really? I told them the picture was showing a black sweater and that’s what I thought I was ordering, it was an honest mistake, and that was very misleading in the first place. They said the best they could do was give me a 10% off so I could order another one. Wow. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever do business with this company. Find someone else who might actually care about customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts from this company. When they finally arrived- the printing was very poor quality. I have emailed back and forth Regarding the quality of the product. The website claims that they back their product- this is not true at all. Don’t be fooled by the website!

This is NOT an American company. Read their description of the product. A really nice try, but there are some red flags in their use of the English language. BEWARE!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt from this company because I wanted to give a small business an opportunity Ay first they communicated Quickly and I thought This is a good company ,However, the sweatshirt I bought didn’t fit my nephew and they won’t return it or exchange it , They said if the made a mistake on the order they would exchange it and wanted pictures of the error they made. They do not exchange or refund if the gift didn’t fit. they offered me a whopping 10% discount on a new order. No thank you , will never do business with them again .

The company lists a USA address but the stuff comes from China.
They don't respond to emails and the phone number on their website isn't a real phone number for the USA.

Rubbish substandard fake see through... overprinted on sleeve faded pink not red nothing like the photos please don't order any items from them l can't put photos on here it doesn't have anywhere to show the poor quality of these items forfanstore are the same people l was told to get a refund l had to pay return postage and taxes into Vietnam when the item was substandard these people have had my PayPal account closed by lying to them the only thing left is the fraud department at my bank one star is to much for this company

So, unpaid review here. I ordered a hockey jersey that was used probably in the 70’s. Little bit later, maybe a week or two I get a email asking me to verify the address I was having it shipped to. I know delivery took longer than quoted but it did arrive and to me is pretty good quaility. The logo for the team was actually like a sewn on patch and not screen printed like I expected. I was very surprised with it and happy with it. Will definitely order another when I start looking for more obscure jerseys.

I live in the US on the east coast and I can honestly say that I've only ever had a problem 1 time with item being returned and taking a while to actually get to me and I've ordered on the site a total of 7 times. Never had an issue payment wise. Maybe I just have been lucky with my orders.

They are cheaters. They claim to provide authentic merchandise but all are fake imitations and of bad quality. They are based in Singapore and not made in USA. Don’t trust this company or be conned by them.
