Game of Throne Hoodie is transparent, free gift is missing, no washing instructions and pulley is missing. This is made of a flimsy material and I have never known a hoodie to be made this way I am fighting this through paypal total waste of money... PLEASE BE AWARE and look on GOT actual site

Upon ordering I was sent an email indicating I would receive my shirts within 3 weeks. I am now 6 weeks into waiting for any update beyond the initial order receipt. As another reviewer stated, it seems all the 5 star ratings are paid reviewers. I will now be trying to initiate the refund process. If the other reviews are any indication of what I have to look forward to, it will be a grueling and next to impossible task. Save your money and order elsewhere

I made my order on Jan, and it's April now. The item never arrived. they keep saying the item was return and this time the said if i want to resent them i'll need to pay USD$13, if no then they will make a refund. after i reply and said i want a refund, they said they can only give me 50% of the money because "manpower and production hours were already spent". what????? how about my time and my money??what a spam!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

The majority of the 5 star ratings on here are from the Philippines, and have only written either one or two reviews on here. One review for Fans Made, and the other for “Delight Prints”, which also has very bad reviews, but these users still claim 5 stars. IM PRETTY SURE THEY ALL ARE CONNECTED.
It’s been a while waiting for my order, and after seeing these negative reviews, I’m concerned I won’t be recieving it, or I’ll be missing one of the 2 orders, or I won’t be getting the complimentary gift with my order, or the sizes won’t fit, or the color of the hoodies are not like the picture.

The service is excellent! They deliver to me on time and the quality is great..... I will surely purchase more on their products.

Terrible quality. The pictures provided for the products do not represent the final items. I was expecting a sweater and received a cheap, jersey material shirt that looks like a beer jersey found at a thrift store. The return policy clearly states that if the product is not as described on the webiste, that it can be returned, yet they will not take it back. Stay away from this Chinese company. Terrible quality and return policy.

I ordered 2 passport covers and had it sent to my billing address. The credit card went through, which would not happen if the billing address did not match. The merchandise was marked as undeliverable and they emailed me to call the post office. I did, but the post office had already sent it back. For a couple of months they kept saying the package was at the post office and it was not. I finally went down to the post office, since on the phone they had said it was not there but Fans-made said it was. Sure enough Aug 8 it was sent back we are now 4 months later and they are saying pay more to have it mailed again.

Great products the size perfectly fits me well. Would surely buy again for Christmas gift for my love ones..

Bought a sweatshirt in beginning of May. Never received it contacted them multiple times and they would give me a tracking number that did not work. They would not refund so I made a claim through my credit card. Now 4 months later they want to see if I received my item. This company is a scam!!!!! Do not order from them!

I ordered two hoodies from them - infinity war captain america, and infinity war winter soldier/white wolf. They arrived (eventually) only for me to find the white wolf hoodie was a light purple (it's supposed to be dark blue, all of the website images show it as being dark blue). My friend also ordered that hoodie, received one exactly the same as mine. The captain america one was so faded that you could barely see the image. I got in contact with them about the white wolf one, deciding I'd start with one, and they gave me a spiel about a possible 10% colour brightness variation (how is light purple within 10% of dark blue? I don't know). After pushing a few times and going via a paypal dispute they agreed to a partial refund, then a full refund - and it states on their site that if the item is faulty, which they admitted in words that it was, they would pay for shipping. I sent it off about three months after I received it, that's how long it took for them to agree, and provided them with tracking details. A month later I followed up with them and they couldn't find it, even though the tracking info said it was delivered. Eventually they found it, refused to offer me a refund even when faced with screencaps of their refund policy, and refused to answer when I asked them whether they were scamming people. If I could give a negative rating I would, waste of time and money.

I ordered the sweatshirt waaaayy too big because I thought they were Asian sizes, (it came from Singapore) but I'm using my sweatshirt for lounging. It's super comfortable and the prints are so vibrant, details are so accurate down to the smallest fibers.😊

Purchased a Groot flower pot which was supposed to come with a Groot keyring for free. After waiting longer than stated for my order, it arrived without the keyring. Msg the help centre only to be stuffed around and looks like I won't be getting my keyring. Was a huge waste of money. I'll be sticking to good old ebay from now on. Very disappointed.
