Bought 2 Tickets vip for Taylor Swift…

Bought 2 Tickets vip for Taylor Swift concert and payed the normal price of 1060 euros total(huge amount of money but would have been 100%worth for us) anyways the concert got canceled and they refunded.......they refunded 922 euros saying that the rest are nonrefundable fees. Eventim/oeticket had 2.5 euros nonrefundable fees while fansale which is their company as well had 15% fees??? 140 euros???? For nothing? Very very bad experience. I should mention as well that it was a so unpleasant experience to get the tickets in the first place....refreshing and refreshing. The site is not 100% optimized and confuses users with bots... While some people farm the tickets with bots and go by undetected. Nice work...
