I was hesitant to purchase as always am from companies online, especially 1s I'm not aware off and not from UK.

But, the 2 X not full colourful life tree special diamond art looked beautiful and I decided to purchase, using PayPal incase anything went wrong .

Tracking was given and updates, with easy to follow emails sent& ordering was simple.

It arrived safely, no problems, tbh! It looks beautiful, especially the drills. I will be honest I haven't done it yet, as have had a lot going on as well as illness.

But from what I can see it looks just like every other kit, I have purchased from other main places.

Now I hope that problem free ordering, delivering will continue, if I decide to purchase again.

Please make your own decision, as this is just my brief and small order experience! But I have to give them credit where it's due!

I get many custom pictures from Fansell and never have any problems but had 1 with a colour missing contacted Fansell and received it with no problems it’s only site I get them from

Not only do I order all the time, but I constantly refer others to their site for great variety, quality, and service. You can find some duplicates on other sites, but never a better price.

This company always is very helpful if something goes wrong with your order, eg sold out items are easily replaced, they always contact you if a problem and only takes about 9 days to get to Australia which is great....always reasonably priced items , been using this company for l think is about seven years now....don't buy from any other diamond painting company...

Been having pictures off these for about 5yrs now they are good quality. I usually have the large bigger. Always send my picture I want making into diamond pictures aswell as there good on price

I have ordered over a dozen custom diamond arts from them now and can honestly say they are perfect. Detail is brilliant. They take a little longer to arrive because they are custom ones.

All kits purchased were easy to follow which was handy since they were being made by my mother who has dementia

I hadn’t received an email to see if my order was confirmed as the money came out so I contacted customer service and Amy was very helpful, she explained that the item was out of stock and that I could pick a different one for the same price or she could surprise me one similar to the one I picked, I allowed her to surprise me with one and it’s beautiful, I always order from fansells they never disappoint on how amazing their products are.

Have ordered a few times now and always found quality products at affordable prices, i love the selection of cross stitch items, hard to chose between as there are so many and arrive in good time too
