My experience with this company has always been great. I’ve ordered both diamond painting and cross stitch with them over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Once again my last order of 3 cross stitches were delivered very quickly and the quality of the projects was excellent to deal with.

Amy was very helpful with arranging a replacement when one of my items was out of stock, allowing me to choose a new item with little fuss. Deliveries are always speedy and good value for money.

Brilliant company. I have been ordering from here for a couple of years now. Prices are great and customer service is excellent, whenever there's been a problem with my order they are always prompt to get in touch and let me know if something is sold out and give me the option to choose another or they can surprise me. Never been disappointed with anything from here.
