REFUND REFUSED

I work in the ER and we had a catastrophic event that I was mandated to go to work. My wife and I were unable to attend our Valentines Day concert and FANSHIELD refused to refund our ticket costs.
I have tried multiple times to explain this and they would not comply.
Highly DISCOURAGE using this company.
