Bloody scammers. Ordered the Umbrella and LED lights, they took the money quick enough but that’s it. Checked tracking and it kept changing and in Chinese, said they delivered at 2o’clock in the morning and they certainly didn’t.Texted them and got a message from abroad texted again and now no replies although they say they’re in Surrey.

Avoid the wire stripping device, it’s not worthwhile, the blade slips on each attempt of cutting, I should of known better, but I can try and pre warn future buyers that it is not the right tool for the job, that’s after trying various cables ( all small )

Looks like I've been taken in too. Same experience as the others on this site. How do these people sleep at night....

Chinese scammers, No UK prescence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order on the 13th of March. Got an email with a Hermes tracking number, but nothing since then. Contacted customer service 3 times and no response. Just another scam site. Don't purchase.

I ordered some car drying towels
Before reading reviews.The tracking number was incorrect 2 numbers in wrong order .thought I had fallen for a scam But no the towels arrived after a couple of weeks and I can’t complain will buy from them again

Looks like a scam site. Placed order and got email responses with a despatched by Hermes note. The delivery number for tracking takes you to Whistl and is not recognised. Using the number on Hermes tracking tool also isn't recognised. Emailed customer service and nil response. Wish I'd seen these reviews before. Avoid!

I ordered magic clothes it never arrived it is all scam

they advertise their transparent waterproof paint using a normal paintbrush,so you presume,wrongly,that what you get is a decent pot of product! instead you get a sample pot with a minute stick! for the price of a large one .E mailed 3 times for return address ,no reply so no hope of getting a refund Do not use this company !!!!!!

Ordered a wallet, what a shambles. It arrived damaged, when trying to put my cards and cash in the wallet it wouldn’t close. I tried to return it but it has to be sent to China (.Co.uk it is not). This would cost me more and no guarantee they would get it. Bad news.

Scam site ordered the socks with bag
What turned up was cheap crap bag not the one advertised this one had massive gold handle Which would have looked better as the bit a horse has In its mouth Plus There was no socks After numerous Messages on messenger they blocked me

Do not order from this company they are scammers.ordered embroidered socks in a bag for a friend tatty bag arrived eventually with no socks in.tryed emailing them they do reply eventually asking for photos which I sent and not heard anything since

Ordered some embroidered socks for Christmas at the start of the month. Order turned up today incomplete. No socks just the bag that must be worth about 50 pence. Shipped from china.

Ordered bracelets for my friends and haven't received 20 pounds wasted

Is this company fake?? I ordered something on 2/12 and havent been told its been despatched let. Tried emailing customer services twice byt had not reply. Disgusting customer service. Credit card has been charged.

I ordered a hat at the beginning of October and nothing arrived yet. Emailed and commented on Facebook and no response. I have just gone through chemo and thought the hat would be ideal for my hair loss for the winter. Very upset and would like a refund.

Ordered goods and money taken straight away but still waiting. Have emailed them they did answer but no update given just feeble excuses. I have emailed again today asking for my money back but wont hold my breath. Have tried yo track but order/tracking number not known.

I was very concerned after I placed my order and read all the awful reviews. However my experience was good. Received my order in 1 week. No communication but happy to receive goods, as described.
