I am using Fanytel Since November 2021, sometimes it has minor bugs but after makinf request they resiove the problem asap. Nowdays this app is not working in India so I use VPN and it works very well. Overall I am 99.99% satisfied with fanytel as I am using multiple numbers. So if anyone is unable to use this app kindly check local govt conditions, update app, and use vpn.

Customer service is below minimum.
They do not answer emails like a professional business. Very short unprofessional 3 worded answers. Basically, each time there is an issue, they reveal there is zero guarantee to receive your msgs or otps. Price is great but not reliable for msgs and otps. Please work on your email communication style, it's not acceptable.

I purchased an American number from their application in order to activate PayPal and Telegram, and when I completed the purchase process and received the number, I found that it did not know as if it was just a fake number. I contacted them via email and they responded to me that they are not responsible for a third party not activating the number. I requested that I be compensated or my money returned to me, and more than two days have passed and I have not received a response. I advise not to buy any numbers from them.

I've been using this service for a long time, and I can't imagine finding a better one. The support team is very efficient and responsive, and I've never had any problems using it. The only downside is that there are some bad numbers, but otherwise everything is great.

I had purchased a virtual number (+1 515 377 0000) from Fanytel Business around 2 years ago, with approximately $9 account balance. The number was active and linked to important accounts, including WhatsApp.

Suddenly, without any prior notice or communication, the number was deactivated, and the Fanytel app completely stopped working. I have been locked out of my account and balance.

What’s more confusing is that the WhatsApp linked to this number still showed “last seen on 31 May 2025” and messages sent to it were getting double blue ticks (read) until 15 June 2025.
This clearly shows the number remained active at least until mid-June 2025, which makes the silent termination even more suspicious and unacceptable.

This is a clear case of negligence and unethical business conduct. As a paying customer, I expected proper communication or at least the option to port or transfer my number. But there has been no explanation, no support, and no access to either my number or balance.

I demand an immediate resolution in the form of:

Reactivation of the number, or

A complete refund of the remaining balance.

This review is intended to warn others — do not trust Fanytel for essential or business-critical services. If they can terminate an active number silently while it still works on WhatsApp, without refund or communication, they are not a reliable provider.

I purchased a virtual number from Fanytel specifically for verification purposes, but it failed to receive OTPs and didn’t work for the intended verification services. When I requested a refund, I was told that since I had "used" the number, a refund was not possible. However, if the number doesn’t function as advertised, it has no value for the service I purchased it for.

This lack of reliability, combined with an unfair refund policy, makes Fanytel a service I cannot recommend.

I almost gave the wrong evaluation due to my misunderstanding.

Mine experience with support team on this application is more than good . They are kindly available for any problems, question and request. They had a lot of patience to fix and make favour for mine request. That gives me as customer trust and feeling of safety to use a long term this application. All recommendations for this fanytel and support team.

Tried to contact ‘customer services’ with full details of issue, examples, details and account number and got a email reply with just the following text: ‘share fanytel account’, nothing else!
So I replied with more screen grabs including the account number and also mentioned that they have it already to which they replied: well nothing, this time they couldn’t be bothered at all.
I could claim a chargeback but it’s really not worth it.
So in short, service doesn’t work and customer services are incompetent and/or unwilling to help. I’m sure they’ll reply here to ask me to contact their customer services.
When you get a number and pay for topup from them, don’t be too surprised if you lose your money, I did!

I’ve been using Fanytel for a while now, and honestly, it’s the most reliable service I’ve found for long-term virtual numbers — especially if you’re dealing with account management or just need a stable number.

A. The numbers don’t just randomly expire — you pay for a month or a year, and that’s exactly what you get. If you’re about to run out of time, you get a 3-day grace period and a push notification. That small thing has saved me a few times already.

And if you go for the yearly option (which is already pretty rare in this space), in my experience the number usually gets extended again for another year — that kind of stability is hard to find.

B. There’s a simple way to transfer balance and numbers between accounts, which has been really useful.

C. You can use the same number across multiple devices, which makes things easier if you’re switching phones or juggling setups.

D. It supports both incoming and outgoing SMS and calls worldwide. The call rates are low too — just a few cents per minute.

E. Support via email is fast and helpful. Even if I forget to pay or mess something up, they’ve always been able to sort it out.

In short: it’s been my main service for long-term numbers. I use it across several devices for multiple accounts, and a bunch of friends I’ve recommended it to are also still using it. Solid option all around.

I bought a UK number and my account was debited.

There is no transaction history showing that have been debited and there no UK number either.

I contacted support but I have been left blank.
