Gerade habe ich das Mahnverfahren eingeleitet. Kassiert per Vorkasse und liefert nicht. Nach mehreren Mahnungen immer noch kein Geld. Finger weg.

keine Ware erhalten
Am 14.4.24 habe ich 3 Bleche auf der Platform farbblech24.de bestellt. Lieferzeit lt. Händler 2-3 Tage. Das Geld wurde über paypal Einzugsermächtigung abgebucht.
Es gab eine Auftragsbestätigung und das war´s.
Keine Ankündigung von DHL oder anderer Spedition zur Lieferung. Nix !
Am 22.4.24 Nachfrist zum 26.4. gesetzt. keine Reaktion. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
Es reicht ! Am 16.5.24 Vertrag storniert.
Da ich ohne Anmeldung bei Paypal als Gast bezahlt hatte, war Rückbuchung bei Paypal nicht möglich.
Zum Glück ist mir eingefallen, dass ich Abbuchungsauftrag bei meiner Bank wiedersprechen kann. Geld ist zurück. Mal sehen was folgt ?
Fazit: Nie wieder !
