Great Customer Service

Cheapest ticket offered and the online booking experience was seamless. After so many hours of waiting, they sent me an email saying the payment was declined and told me to call the issuing card company or provide a different payment. So, I called Affirm to confirm if it was really declined, they said it was approved.

UPDATE: Sandeep from Fareboom contacted me and tried to offer help which I appreciated so much. They are really serious about helping their customers. Unfortunately, my payment didn’t go through because they are still not using virtual credit cards like Affirm but they are on the process of adding this in the future which I think will offer more convenience to other customers.

BOOKING PROCESS AND SERVICE

THIS IS REALLYY HELPFUL. BUT ITS BEEN LONG I HAVE USED FAREBOOM. AS A MEMBER FOR LAST 2 YEARS, BUT I DIDNT GET ANY DISCOUNT OR LESSER CHARGE. HOPING TO GET IN FUTURE!

Their customer service is horrible

Their customer service is horrible. My flight has a schedule change and I needed help and they don’t pick their phones on Saturday or Sunday and it took them 7 hours to reply to your email with no solution. I called them Monday and they kept telling me working on rebooking you for 6 hours just to come back and told me the airline refuse and you would have to pay the difference in for a new ticket. I had to take matters in my own hands and called the airline who finally help me rebook my sending me to the closest airport since they couldn’t do it over the phone as they said but least they better than this suckers. Never buy a ticket from Fareboom they suck.
