Very user-friendly

I've been working with Fareharbor for a number of years now, and two things stand out - the user friendly nature of the booking system, and the business support.

Becky is currently my account manager, and she is prompt, engaged and courteous.

Over the past couple of months the support team has been a little slower to respond to requests than in previous years but hopefully this is a blip rather than a trend.

Do NOT Recommend this for anyone

Every year I have the SAME issues setting up my calendar and availability. If I hadn’t put so much time in this, I’d change to any other booking platform- but since I thought they finally got it right, I didn’t. Now my season’s kicking off and I really wish I had!! Don’t use this software, even for a simple set up. They are slow, and they are incompetent. The best thing they have going is the user interface because it’s one of the few that looks good. But it’s not worth the headache.

Outstanding Service and Support – Especially Thanks to Ella!

We run Sirdal Huskyfarm and started out using just the booking system from FareHarbor – which was perfectly customized to our needs right from the beginning. It made our operations so much easier and more professional. Later on, we also decided to switch our entire homepage over to FareHarbor, and that was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

The whole system works smoothly, looks great, and fits our business perfectly.

A huge shoutout to our account manager Ella – she is outstanding! Super proactive, always full of smart, creative ideas, incredibly fast at solving problems, and deeply committed to helping us succeed. You can really feel she cares.

Another big plus is the support team: they offer help in many different languages, so we can communicate in our native tongue, which makes everything easier and more efficient.

Highly recommend FareHarbor – both the system and the people behind it are top-notch!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAREHARBOR

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAREHARBOR. If you like when a company randomly on a Sunday or any day they just randomly decide to take money OUT of your account then use fareharbor. No seriously they just took money out of my business account with any email or any heads up the amount of that they were going to debit my account. This is Theft. I do not advise using fareharbor unless you like waking up and having random amount of money not in your account. The worse part is I have to shut down my site or take a chance of them doing this again. Not me. I guess my company will not have direct booking for a few days. I now have to close my account and this is gonna cost a lot of time.
