Total Scam

I bought roundtrip, first class tickets for 2 for a flight from LAX to Seattle, leaving Los Angeles on August 6th and returning on August 13th. We should be in Seattle right now. Instead, we are sitting at home. When I tried to get our boarding passes, Alaska Airlines had no record of us having tickets. The booking confirmation had us taking American Airlines to Seattle and United Airlines on the return trip. The e-tickets had us on Alaska Airlines both ways. I didn't compare the e-tickets to the booking confirmation, which was a mistake. I knew I had booked with an A airlines, so I thought it was Alaska. When Alaska couldn't find our flights, I checked with American Airlines. They didn't have flights for us either. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Today I received a call asking me to cancel my dispute and then I will get a full refund. Do I believe I will get a full refund after I cancel my dispute!?? They didn't answer their phones or return my email after contacting them from their website! Fool me once, but I've learned my lesson.

Mr Eric Johnson helped with all my questions and stayed with me until the end. I truly appreciate that he took his time and made sure everything was correct before rushing to take my money, so yes he went above and beyond his scope of duties in my opinion. I am glad he was my representative. I certainly will be calling him again

Scam, con, they lie

These guys are dishonest. First off they charge you USA dollars in Canada but it doesn’t say this on the site or at check out. 2nd they messed up my email which started flyer but they submitted it to flair chalezs9ad@ something. So I didn’t get my check in email to save $25 for not making the desk do it. Secondly had a hell of a time with flair horrible line up and others cut in front of me almost missed my plane was charged $94 for a single small bag. Called fare on fleek they say we don’t get the money flair does. Nothing is refundable. Had to call 2 times and both agents say different things. Different policies. No help. They barely could speak English or understand my problems. Never use flair or fares on fleek. Scam scam scam

Your Customer service is greater than that of Frontiers in Waiting time as well along with the other good benefits mentioned..!

I Noticed your Pricing is better than the actual Airline so it was a no brainer...
However upon check in I began to have troubles doing so and was worried I had been fooled with a scam of sorts..!
Thankfully I reached out to the (714) number Listed And the Representative Dustin took it from there and set me straight..!

I was able to book last minute tickets to my desired destination at a very good price point. The only downside was the number of calls I had to make in order to make sure I had my tickets in hand as I booked so close to departure. This company does a good job getting the product but needs to work on getting faster at getting the tickets out to the customer.
