Was easy to use the website.
Was easy to use the website and very easy to write our wills. A couple of points were given by Farewill regarding both wills, which we then amended.
They kept us updated throughout.
I would recommend them to family and friends.

However, if you’d like more complex or additional layers of inheritance beyond this, we do also offer a telephone will service which can be tailored more specifically to your wishes.
This service includes everything covered by the online option, but allows for more bespoke arrangements and additional inheritance structures. We also work with charities for our telephone will services.

Not very impressed
Fairly easy process to upload will details, but was disappointed that I was unable to include a fairly straightforward gift as part of the free service. Also the end product Will that was produced was awful and several clauses not following best practice. Also critical guidance was omitted. I'm going to my solicitor instead.
