Writing and completing my will was easy
Writing and completing my will was really easy. The only reason for removing a star is the amount of reminders and subsequent sales emails you get during and after the process.
I know money needs to be made out of my ‘free will’ but there are a lot of emails.

JUST RIGHT and simple.
It was fairly straightforward and simple to complete; simplicity was an important factor and I would recommend your service. One thing I was not happy with was the matter of making the charitable contribution - this needs to be much more user friendly. Otherwise you would have got 5 stars.
