12 giorni per ricevere un ordine, assurdo, io acquisto spesso online ma una cosa del genere mai!! In piu li chiami dicono che richiamano ma niente.. Sconsiglio vivamente a meno che non vogliate tribulare...
A causa di una mia disattenzione, l'indirizzo di recapito dell'ordine non era quello dovuto. Al mattino immediatamente dopo l'ordine, non riuscendo a contattare call center, ho inviato 3 email, 1 sms ed un messaggio whatsapp. Sintesi: nessun feed back; alle 16,30 hanno risposto ad Email dicendo che avevano già spedito l'ordine e non si poteva più correggere. Non credo che servano commenti!
Ho acquistato delle compresse il giorno 2 settembre, oggi 15 settembre ancora non mi sono state recapitate. A circa 200km da loro facevo prima a ritirarle a piedi. IMBARAZZANTE
Metà delle confezioni che avevo ordinato erano VUOTE! Contattati hanno risposto che non era possibile quindi ne’ risarciscono ne’ inviano il prodotto mancante. Era fasullo anche il tracciamento del pacco. Da quando ho visto che altri utenti hanno avuto lo stesso problema di ricevere scatole vuote, penso sia il momento di sporgere denuncia perché non è una svista chiaramente

Sono passati quasi 2 settimane e ho fatto una decina di telefonate, risposta domani e dopo domani. Niente spedizione e addirittura oggi il 03.07.25 telefono va subito i. Blocco e non rispondono e anche. LADRIIIII... altro che Farmacia del Gesù.
Prodotto praticamente introvabile presso altri siti pervenuto integro e in tempi brevissimi.
Diventerò sicuramente cliente.
Ordine online, già il secondo, pacco arrivato, nessun problema, qualche campioncino omaggio.
Prezzo super, spedizione veloce. L'unica cosa è che non avendo recensioni e non avendomi indicato il corriere, ero dubbioso. Il pacco è arrivato subito, togliendomi tutti i dubbi.
