Poor communication but product arrived
Placed an order on August 18th. The delivery was a little slow with no answer on my email. After a little while, I received the tracking number and the products.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I received a damaged package for order SAS/0870634 with a spilled face mask inside, making the product completely unusable.What makes it even worse is their non-existent customer service. I have sent emails with photos as proof, and they haven't replied to a single one. They simply ignore paying customers once they have your money.Zero accountability, zero support, and complete disrespect for international buyers. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. Highly NOT recommended!

BUYER BEWARE, they are stolen €57.90 from me and now ignoring me!!
I ordered 24 antiparticle pipettes. Only two were delivered. I paid 63.20 in total 2.63 per pipettes I am Short 22 pipettes and owed €57.90. I was happy for discount coupon to the value of €57.90 to purchase more pipettes or the 22 pipettes paid for and not delivered sent to me. I was offered 7% offed “with no minimum purchase required on selected products bearing the PROMOFD label” they are now ignoring all my emails and have stolen my €57.90 or don’t appear to be sending me the missing pipettes. Misleaded regarding delivery times. Order canceled and still got delivery. Can't return the item
I ordered cream Traumeel S and the company told it will be delivered 1 of August. It wasn't delivered on 1 of August. 3 of August I bought Traumeel S in the local pharmacy. 4 of August I called and cancelled the order because I already bought everything. The delivery company anyway brought it home and thrown it over the fence without giving me a call. For sure I can't return it because it is medical stuff. Will not order from them again!!!

I did not receive the items I ordered. 4 boxes of the 5 were missing. I have written to customer support. They have not replied and the telephone number just cuts you off after a few minutes. The customer service is very unprofessional and non-existent.

Horrendous experience
The website and the app are absolutely horrendous to use. The whole online shopping experience is incredibly frustrating and makes something as simple as placing an order unnecessarily difficult.
You add items to your basket and then continue browsing for other products, only to find that some of the items you had already added have suddenly disappeared from your basket. The search bar is also extremely unreliable and only seems to work from time to time.
Even worse, if you add items to your basket and come back a few hours later to continue shopping, the items are often no longer saved and you have to start all over again.
For an online pharmacy, this is an extremely poor service. Even when you genuinely want to purchase products from this pharmacy, the website and app make it almost impossible to complete an order. The entire system desperately needs to be improved, particularly the basket and search functions.
A very disappointing and frustrating customer experience.

Late delivery, ghosted by customer service
Ordered a baby bouncer with a delivery time of 24-48 hours. It was delivered a week too late. Tried to get in touch with customer service via email but no response after the first exchange. Calling is impossible if you don't speak the language. Unable to change the delivery address via track and trace. Now my package is stranded somewhere in a hotel I had stayed at the first few days while I'm no longer in Portugal. Would not recommend.
