I was recommended by a staff to buy two…
I was recommended by a staff to buy two baskets of RomPox easy for our terrace project at 1040kr, as he said you can always return when the basket is not opened. Our project ended up with using one basket and I therefore went to them to return the one that was not opened. However, the guy at the reception said that they need to charge 20% because the good is out from their stock, which sounds ridiculous. I try to ask why, he just said this is how the policy is, but then why did you suggest me to buy two instead of one? This is the first time I return an intact good by paying 20% of its price. Avoid Farum Benton, bad service and unreasonable policy!
