Absolute scammers. Sent me a man's jumper and a pathetic piece of material instead of 2 dresses. The response is to either pay the shipping back to China or get a 25% discount. The site must be shut down.
Thank you very much, I will not shop online again.

I ordered a product from them and they are totally different from what is advertised.
I received them within a week which was good.
They have offered me a 20% discount on them as they said sending back is expensive as they are overseas. I refuse to pay to send them back so will see what PayPal can sort out.
The material is cheap rubbish and they look awful. How do they get away with this !!!

SCAMMERS OPERATING A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

Do not use this fake business.
Fraudulently trading under a fake Australian Business Number.
Selling products that are absolutely nothing as described and appalling quality.
A pair of boots which they claim to be Orthopaedic Full Leather and 100% wool lined were in fact printed on their own label as being “Faux PU cotton boots”.
Fortunately PayPal stepped in and refunded my money.
This business should be shut down. Not even worth a 1 star rating.

Scam. They advertise their products with pictures taken from other brands and send poor quality stuff that look nothing like the pictures on their website. They also trick you with the name, I thought I was purchasing from fashion noVa and only realized afterwards it was fashion noRa. When I asked to return the item and get a refund they strongly discouraged me to do so citing high costs of shipment (that I would have to sustain) and the high risk of it getting lost. Do not purchase from them, it’s not even that convenient! Prices are similar to those of Zara

This company have sent something of poor quality and it was definitely not the same as the picture shown. They have used another product to advertise and then made a poor copy. I am very disappointed. Please don’t support them.

This company claims to be Australian. That their products are made in Australia from premium materials.
I bought boots. The advertisement says leather outer, 100% wool inside rubber sole. What I got was synthetic boots wil a foam sole. The total package weighed 370 grams so more like slippers then boots. When I emailed to return them they stated they had to be returned to a Chinese address to receive a refund. Ridiculous for a company claiming to be a small Aussie business. Steer clear

After 13 days I still don’t have my order. When I email, I get standard email replies. I don’t believe my order will arrive. Stay away from them.

Sent the wrong size, also no button hole was cut. Had some nice delay tactics offering on 30% refund, constant back & forth emails but I lodged a paypal dispute & rightfully got my money back

Unfortunately I am the same as the people below. Thought I would buy from Australian small business, what a joke. Item is not leather or orthopedic, or as described on the website. Total money scammer who is drop shipping from temu. There is no refund which I don’t understand as even Temu give back a full credit. I tired to support small business but just buy from temu, and you can get a credit back if necessary. As this crap product is coming directly from China and to return the crap product you brought for triple the price. Nora Fashion wants you to return to china and not to Australia. How they can pretend the are an Australian business I don’t know. Also the crap product won’t fit as they are small. (I’m not the only reviewer who has stated this). Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars but I couldn’t. I should have checked trust pilot first. Unfortunately you can not leave a review on the website to warn others.

Unfortunately Fashion Nora is not an ethical business. I purchased "orthotic boots" only to receive more like soft slippers with no orthotics, no arch support, basically not at all what was described on the website. Trying to return & receive a refund has become so drawn out & tedious. I'm sure they are hoping I will just give up. I am so disappointed in this supposedly Australian small business.

Buyer beware, company claiming to be Australian, using fake ABN and actually shipping out of China. Horrible quality goods and cannot get refund without sending back to China which of course is expensive and not worth it, do not buy!!

Please do not buy from this company. The quality of the products and customer service experience has been terrible! They are based in China even though the website gives the impression they are an Australian company. The ABN is fake. I have been trying to get a refund since September 2024 and have now taken the matter to Consumer Protection. Buyer beware!

The dresses are all made from the cheapest Chinese materials and very poor quality.
Their Return/Refund policies on their website are absolute Fake, they do not provide Return Labels, so you have to pay $$$ to return the items back to China.
