This store is a complete SCAM. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau! I ordered a dress for my teen daughter (per her request). I knew something was fishy because they had a dress in stock that was sold out everywhere else. The dress arrived after 3-4 weeks. It does not look anything like the dress we ordered - not the same style or material. There aren't even any tags in the dress. They have an address in CA. However, it's not their address. It's actually the address of Top USA, a different business altogether. The number on their website does not work either. What a waste. Buyer beware!!

FashionLadyStore is a SCAM!! After waiting 2-3 weeks I got something in the mail that was nothing close to what I actually ordered. Then they tried to tell me to mail the incorrect item back to China, but weren’t willing to pay for the shipping. I said not a chance I’m spending another dime on you guys. Never got a refund and never did get the item I actually ordered.

Don't buy anything for them. They scammed me. I didn't receive anything that I bought

This place scammed me. I bought the wedding drsss a month in advance and they took my money and sent me a COMPLETELY different item.

fashionladystore.com - Do not order from this site! Shipments are significantly delayed and the items look cheap when they arrive! When I tried to return the items, couldn't get ahold of anyone, no valid address for this company or a phone number. The California and New York address and phone number listed on the website are not valid. I found a number for the New York address and the person said he was not affiliated with this store and received items from someone for a refund from this store. The package I received had the name Jane on it and a Fairfield, New Jersey address. When I looked up the address on the package I received, it was some random unoccupied building in New Jersey. Save your time and money!

Beware! Terrible experience with this site. Ordered 2 dresses that took weeks to come and the dresses were not at all what we ordered. Cheap and poor quality! Non responsive on trying to make a return. Disputed the charge and reporting to everyone I can think of.

I had got ride of many of my personal problems. The best part is complete website is under parental control. I can surf anywhere very comfortably at any time even in my office or in front of my kids.
