This company took unauthorised money from my bank account on more than several occasions which added up to £120, I reported it to my bank and it is now being investigated as a fraud case. The company have been taken to court and haven’t heard anything about it for the last couple of months. When I confronted the company about them taking on authorised payments not only was I blackmailed but I was bribed into accepting parcels that they apparently owed me. This is a warning to anybody that has ordered from this company And is wanting to order from the company to keep well away. This has caused so much stress for me and I’ve even lost sleep over this to think a company could do this to somebody is just absolutely disgusting! THIS COMPANY MAKES ME SICK!!! 🤬🤬

AWFUL. SUBSCRIBED TO THIS COMPANY FOR A PARCEL EVERY MONTH. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL IN JUNE - NO REPLY. JUST EMAILED AS I NOTICED THEY HAVE TAKEN YET MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE GONE BUST?

HORRIBLE service. I have bought an item which was poor quality and looked completely different than what was shown on the picture, not to mention it took 3 weeks to get to me. I shipped it back which I had to pay for and three times I already emailed the team to ask for my refund and still no info or money back. I would not recommend buying from this site or any least returning anything as they will ask you for tracking information and NEVER get back to you with your money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I signed up to the prescription service 19.99 a month and was told I would be sent an item of clothing a month. I received two items and then they stopped sending but are still happily taking the money out my bank despite me pleading with them to stop the payments as I am not receiving anything. I am now having to go and sort this issue with my bank. Clothing is so cheap and tacky aswell. Avoid!

Terrible
Waited over a month for my packaged. Paid €60 for one swimsuit. I had to email multiple times to find my parcel. Out of almost 7 emails I got one reply asking if I wanted my package resent !!?? Obviously !!! They proceed to send me my package which arrived only today only to find it’s not even the swimsuit I ordered. Not even going to fight for my money back as I can’t be bothered with the scam artists that they are. Just please don’t waste your money on them like I did. Not worth it.

Worst ever. I received the items almost 3 months later!! I contacted them several times and they did not care at all. Worst part was when I received the items, some of them was missing and the others did not look like in the pictures.
After I got the package, I returned it, and I did not get my money back so I had to talk with my bank and apply for a claim. Thanks to my bank I got my money. Not thanks to them cause they wanted to keep the items and the money.
NEVER shopping again there.

I’m going to Croatia next month therefore placed an order for a swimsuit which cost almost €60. Said it would be delivered on 2 weeks. Since then I had no email of dispatch and I emailed the team 5 TIMES. I received one reply saying “oh we lost your parcel do you want it resent” as if I was going to say no just keep my money!!! I’m appalled. I’ve further emailed them for the whereabouts of my parcel and no reply. Actually disgusted.

Such lovely products, with an easy to use website and checkout. Product photos are great and definitely make you want to buy - maybe more photos could be added though! Wishing there was a way to make standard delivery quicker though! But will receive my order in time as per my request - lovely communication.

I’ve been part of the blogging team for a year now and they always have new products and a fresh theme when seasons change. I respect how they include those trying to build a brand for themselves which is always helpful.

The team have been very helpful with an issue I had of a later delivery, because of an illness. Completely appreciate all the help and swift communication. 100% recommend their clothes are lovely and great service!!

This company has cooperated well with me and responded to my emails quickly I can’t wait to see the clothes as they have great designs.

FRAUD!!! I had to claim money back through my bank after my items didn’t arrive for over 8 weeks!

These items are from China and are terrible quality and look NOTHING like they show online - I have been reporting the website and instagram continuously and they keep changing their Instagram name - FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Never really had a problem with this company, although I ordered a bodysuit a while ago and it didn’t quite look like the photo on the website. All the clothing I have bought including the bodysuit have been in good condition and delivery had been quick.
Customer service was really quick in responding to any email I sent and I would buy from fashion prescription again.

OMG - I loved my outfits. I've shopped with them a few times and it's amazing I've actually just signed up for the monthly subscriptions and I've had 2 already and I LOVE THEM. What ana amazing fun brand ❤️

Placed an order and received it within a week even though website states 2-3weeks. The jacket I ordered is amazing quality and reasonably priced. I have been emailing and asking about a few other items that I wanted more information about before ordering and had a quick and polite response every time. Thank you! Will definitely be returning :D

Signed up to their prescription service, had to email to ask for my first parcel to be sent because they didn’t send it. That is the only parcel I received for the next three months whilst they continued to take payments from me. I cancelled my payments, I asked for a refund, I got sass back at me as they told me they don’t do refunds and are willing to send the parcels!! I argued a lot to get my refund and declined explicitly their offer of sending me the parcels .. then they sent me the parcels in the post anyway. No refund. No apology. Absolutely outrageous. Shocking service, Sarah on emails is very rude.
