Amazing Stuff Expensive looking on a budget.

STILL waiting for my refund.
Honestly, sent email after email chasing my order when I initially ordered it as I was advised there had been a "HUGE BATCH" delivered on the day i ordered it, was then told I had "pre-ordered" so it would take up to 3 weeks. When it finally arrived it was not even as described in the photos on Instagram or the website, it was half way up both of my arms. Sent it back the next day, tracked and was then advised it had been received and my refund would take up to 14 days, I've emailed and been told to check the tracking number, although this was a conversation I already had with "customer care" and was told it was received and my refund was being processed.. Still nothing. Won't be ordering from here again, I appreciate they have a large followers base, but don't drag out refunds when your customers have the decency to return it the next working day, tracked. Hopefully will hear from someone today now!

The product that I received was the “be mine” body suit and the quality was very good! Overall I am happy with the whole shopping experience with the brand and the product that i received.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I’ve had a constant string of issues with every order and delivery. Items don’t arrive when they insist they did, and when they do arrive they are really low quality items that are falling apart on arrival. Then to post back you have to pay for postage to return.

Only order from them if you want low quality products, have no intention of receiving your order or wants a headache...

Edit - is there anything more annoying than the below reply??? All you get from customer services is them telling you how happy everyone else is with the services but not actually willing to help with issues they’ve created, as though they’re stuck to a script.

Don’t believe the GOOD REVIEWS! They’re all from the exact same person writing them probably by the business themselves. Shocking service, I’m 99% sure all of the photos they post on their insta is stolen from elsewhere anyway..

Always read the reviews ! I purchased the reign fur coat, 3 weeks ago i told them on instagram and on email needed before the 7th. Been emailing for a whole week only to get a reply yesterday to say we have recived your email and a tracking number will be sent . No tracking number sent they told me i should recived the parcel within the next 2 days. i have still got no parcel and no tracking number. The customer service team is shocking they dont reply to you i have a feeling my coat is going to be horrible, and reading the reviews online i am sure they get the coats made from china cheap quality. The pics are not even theres they steal them of random instagram bloggers !!

I wish I could give minus stars because even one is too good for them. Ordered three items. Waited the 3 weeks, which is the maximum they say to wait. After four weeks these still hadn’t arrived so I got in contact with their ‘customer service team’. They resent one of the items (which I received after a week so not so sure why they say to wait up to three, they probably think people will forget and they can keep their money).. however they would have to the order in the other two items which would take another THREE weeks... I waited this time yet again. And guess what? No arrival of these two items... I’ve been emailing back and forth for a couple weeks asking for my refund, I get a reply and then get ignored.. I commented on their Instagram, and they then BLOCKED ME ON BOTH THEIR PAGES... a lot of my followers then proceeded to comment, tag them, and dm them for my money back, and surprise surprise they blocked them too.. this company is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!! Stealing people’s money and then ignoring and blocking them. Disgusting way to run a business
IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND SOON I AND SOME OF MY FOLLOWERS WILL BE REPORTING THEIR SO CALLED BUSINESS TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Signed up to their Instagram service.. pay £29.99 a month and have clothes sent to you and a code for your friends/followers to use for discounts. Had the first £29.99 taken from my account and a small crop top that was damaged arrived this looked like it was only worth around £8 and was on my list of clothing I wouldn’t want to receive was also the wrong size. Following this I quickly emailed to cancel my subscription, I did this within the time frame to prevent being charged again but the following month £29.99 was taken from my account. I emailed to query this and I was told it would be cancelled the following month, I was then charged a further £29.99 during this time I was never sent any more clothing. My discount code didn’t work either! A poor brand with awful customer service who just take money and don’t provide any goods. Stay clear!!

Love the clothes from here. Have bought loads from them and all of them are good quality and I have people ask me where they are from all the time. Delivery takes a while but that is prewarned when ordered and isn’t unreasonable. When any issues came up they were dealt with within the hour. Will definitely order off here again

Absolutely diabolical customer service and product!
I bought a tan teddy coat for £75, had to chase up the order for about 3 weeks then when it arrived they had sent me some cheap orange teddy coat that was worth perhaps £2.50 from China, the fur was coming off everywhere over my carpet in my house.
Do not buy from this brand if you want cheap china stuff for a rip off price!

Ordered here twice, first order was perfect one item nice simple no trouble. Second order terrible! After feeling confident ordering from a small company after the first good experience I thought it was trustworthy of a bigger spend, to my disappointment I couldn’t have been more wrong! Firstly I had to chase delivery of my order for over 6 weeks then when my order arrived it was poor quality so I sent items back. Waited and waited to them be told the company never received my return even though I had sent a proof of delivery in my serval emails to the ‘customer service team’. I was then just ignored over email so I started commenting on their instagram post which were quickly removed and I was DMed saying they would chase the issue with customer services. Again this was a slow process where I was just offered a credit note (ild rather loose out on the money than ever order from this company again). Now over 6 months on I still haven’t received my refund which was for over £100, nor have I been responded to about what is happening with my case via ‘customer service’ also I was blocked from their instagram page! Awful just awful!

Amazing team , I make a mistake about my size and less than 10 hours was fixed

Chasing them for weeks now orders over £100 worth of clothes over a month ago I was told shipping would be 2 weeks then emailed asking for an update , was told latest delivery 17th of November, still waiting no replies to numerous emails sent on Friday and today absolutely ridiculous customer service

Just received ‘my order’ it’s a cheap knock off version of what they show in their website and in a size XL (should have been an 8) after over a month of chasing them it is beyond ridiculous I would rather they just told me they didn’t have the coat and gave my money back. Also sent it without a delivery note or anything for returns I will be contacting trading standards after giving so many chances to rectify their mistakes

Would highly recommend this website ! Very helpful and gorgeous products xxxx

TERRIBLE SERVICE / COMPANY

I would advise you all to never use this company!!!!

I recieved items from them earlier this year, but as they weren’t suitable I sent the items back, I wanted a refund for 1 item and an exchange of size on the other. Simple enough you would think.

There was no response from them when I progress chased about my order 6-8 weeks later.
Then when they finally responded, they claimed to have not received the items back, until i emailed them my proof of postage.

From there they offered me store credit only and after many e-mails back and for agreed to send out the item I wanted the bigger size in.

These e-mail were exchanged back in July and I have still have not recived the item I exchanged.

Now they don’t even replay to my e-mails!!

I think it’s absolutely disgraceful how they run their “business”.

I have a credit note from them still for the item I wanted a refund on, but I feel like I don’t even want to order from them any more as they have annoyed me so much!!

I cannot believe they are still trading! Absolutely shocking!!!!

Second time I’m posting a review after talking to them last time and agreeing to take my last review down. I was told 2-3 weeks for a delivery and then all contact stopped they finally got back in touch after seeing my negative review saying it takes 4 weeks, I agreed to take down my review and wait the extra week but still nothing! Can’t get a reply again no tracking information been waiting over a month!! Seems the only way I can get a response is by posting a negative review so I’ll try again..

This website is fake and they steal your money do not buy from here! I ordered a faux fur coat on Oct 22, never received a tracking number , the customer service email address provided is fake, the live chat no one responds, they don’t respond to DMs on instagram. I’m beyond mad! I want a refund but that will never happen! Do not order from here! I am posting how fake it is on my Instagram and Facebook so no one else will make this mistake! Hard earned money out the window!

I absolutely love the items I purchased from Fashion Prescription, especially my VICTORIA fur coat. They are all true to their sizes and looks amazing on. I would highly recommend and have several friends ready to purchase as well xx
