Ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper (which I was told by the decorator that I needed all 4) expensive Harlequin paper, cost me near enough £1,000. Lost my Dad and so everything was postponed until I had sorted out family matters. Eventually got the wallpaper hung and the new decorator hung it and it only needed 3 rolls. Fashion wallpaper not willing to accept a return, I appreciate it's over the 30 day return period but even a credit note would have sufficed. Incompassionate and unhelpful.

I found the website easy to navigate and very straightforward.
The pictures used were accurate. Whilst buying the wallpaper needed, it also suggested the paste to use. Having used Fashionwallpaper previously I was confident in good service. The wallpaper and paste were delivered to a local shop.
The wallpaper has gone up and I am truly delighted with it. It looks wonderful.

Lovely, quality wallpaper by Harlequin. Price was compatible with other companies but others didn’t offer a discount or fast delivery. Would have given 5 stars but the delivery company, UPS, left my package at a collection point without trying my home address or informing me. Emailed Fashionwallpaper who were helpful and responded swiftly and came to the rescue, in time for my decorator coming. Wallpaper looks lovely!

I am an avid DIYer and never in all my years of renovations have I come across a company that is so duplicitous. The customer services' correspondence really took me aback. I purchased a roll of wallpaper for my living room for around £50. It was yellow on the website, but the wallpaper that arrived was a light shade of green. I asked to return the item but got a holding response about this as they contacted their suppliers. Then - a blanket refusal stating the supplier informed them that this was a print-to-order wallpaper and therefore as it is bespoke, the 14 day return period does not apply. I explained (with screenshots) that it didn't say anywhere on the website that this was a bespoke item. It was news to me that it was bespoke! Again, the same response that the legal protections do not apply. I did my own research and a standard wallpaper selection is not classified as a bespoke item, and the company should have clearly said in the item description that it was bespoke. And on top of it, it was the wrong colour which means I am protected by the Consumer Rights Act anyway. I wasted so much time in back-and-forth correspondence and still no joy. Please avoid using this company - they are obviously working with companies saving money on warehouse space by doing "print-to-order" and not telling customers so that they can't return sub-par orders. I feel scammed out of £50 on wallpaper I can't use. They have lost a customer in me with their attitude.

Not the best experience on this occasion. Courier company took my parcel to a shop & didn’t notify me until it was almost returned.

Really helpful keeping me updated on an out of stock wallpaper and the best price for Sanderson paper. Very happy
