Very sorry about the delay. Your item was posted by us the same day. Unfortunately delivery delays are unavoidable at Christmas time and during a major global pandemic. We do advise of delays and we will always communicate & display recommended wait times on all our order confirmation, dispatch emails and shipping pages. We also strongly advised against using the free Royal Mail 2nd class postage option if you require an item urgently.
