The worst experience in buying over the net I have ever had. The order took nearly 2 months to arrive. When it arrived i wouldnt have bought it for $2.00 at a garage sale. Awful quality, cheap material. Bad fit. It took three emails to get an address to return it. Two months later the package I sent was returned unopened. When I complained they offered to repay 40%. Personally I am afraid now to trust any other web based items. In my opinion this company is a rip off.

I ordered a couple of handwarmers on Sept 30th and now it's January 2020 and I still don't have them. If you live outside China don't bother.

The worst. SCAM!!!! Do not buy. The photos are of knit items, but the actual items are cheap material that has the design printed on it, not knit. UGLY!! FALSE ADVERTISING. Shipping is not what they say it is either, and you cannot get your money back. Talking to or emailing an actual person is pretty impossible. Wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Stupid me. :(

I put in an order on 9/16/19 for four items (hand warmers). To date, I have received 3 pair -- and one was totally garbage - threw it away. My advice -- don't order anything from this company. A real scam!!! If there were negative stars, that's what I would give them!!!!

Quality is garbage, I am still waiting for my third item purchased, had to asl for a mailing address to return a sweater that ended up being
3 sizes to big and looked nothing like the photo. Return address was China, cost more to mail back than the actual product. How does this company stay in business with all these horrible reviews.

I placed an order with fastchics about 3weeks are so I did not get a order number so I found their contact sent a e-mails asking for my sweater no answer from them I til o ask for a refund twice I recieved a sweater xxl it is about a 11to a 12 size very s mall I do not want to have any more contact with fastchics so I gave it away poor service,did not answer any of my emails said they would but no .....please beware not good business

Absolutely garbage. Pictures are false representation. Wasted $100 on a Christmas gift. Buyers beware.

Wish I could give them zero. Don't waste your money, the company is a sham and I think it may be connected to Annie Cloth. There are a number of sites they have and the photos they show are not anything they are really selling. What you get is garbage and if you try to return anything it costs a fortune because it comes from China. That is what they count on that the send you junk and you don't return it for a refund because it isn't worth it.

THE MATERIAL IS HORRENDOUS, AND CHEAP, AND NOTHING EVEN RESEMBLING THE PICTURE, OF WHAT YOU THINK YOUR ORDERING. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, ITS A TOTAL FRAUD, AND A BIG SCAM.I HAVE LEFT EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSES.

If I could give less than whole star I would!! I had basically the same experience as most of the other people on here. I guess I was foolish for thinking I would actually receive something that looked even remotely close to what was shown in the pictures. The quality of this merchandise is absolute JUNK! My dogs beds are made out of higher quality material than the clothing sold on this website! I thought at first I was actually getting a deal because much of the apparel looked similar to that sold in Sundance Catalog. BOY WAS I WRONG! I should have listened to the little voice in the back of my head saying it was too good to be true. I guess I was used to seeing this level of extremely low quality clothing only sold on eBay. Now the junk is being sold under the guise of a legitimate website. But it is still 100% trash. Lesson learned!!

Who the heck gave them a 5 star rating! As others said should be a negative rating they also go as Noracora company ! When you are in the site those reviews are fake this stuff is made ob printed material if it looks like a knitted sweater its NOT its a picture of knitted sweater on flat fabric..its 1 dimensional!! Junk..too hard to get your money back.. dont even order!!! Listen to all these customers DONT BUY!

Horrible company. I ordered 4 items. They were mailed separately and came much later than the 7-14 days they stated. More like 2 months later. One item I never received. Tried to email them several times and they never responded. Tried to file a claim but no tracking number was provided. The items I did receive did not look like the photos online. Colors, designs of fabric, and material were not the same. Inside tag reads 100% Polyester. The other says Cotton Polyester. Still trying to get my other item. Do not buy from this company!

Update: a year later and still never received one item or the refund promised. I see they are using various names for the same company. Fastchics, ZoLucky and a few others. Same exact photos and same bad products. Beware and don't buy from this company.

Also noticed when I checked my review that someone had made a fake review with my account and given them 5 stars. Shame on you! I had to change all my passwords.

Thankful I read the reviews before ordering from this company. You can add hoplady.com to this list of fraudulent companies, shipping from China and slow delivery and delivering poor quality merchandise. Thanks! Your reviews just saved me time and money and frustration!

I paid extra for "expedited" shipping and I just received the last item (2 months)!!!! I placed the order in October and by November I had only received one item, which was the wrong size. In order to send it back to China it would cost more than I paid. They sent me an email saying they'd give me 20% of what I paid. Obviously they know what they're doing. One pair of gloves didn't match, and another is totally different from what was pictured (really ugly). The one pair of gloves that look okay are cheaply made. Emailing them, they don't even read what you say. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson Learned!

I wished I checked these reviews before wasting my money. It’s a fraud website , they put different photos. The dress that I have bought was totally different from the one on the photo, and I payed more than 45 dollars to get it. Be wise and do not ever trust them.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered three items, only received one. Very, very poor quality! Loose threads, sloppily constructed. To their credit, they did refund for the other items I never received. However, the poor quality turned me off from this company. False advertising. Buyer beware!

On October 23rd 2019 I ordered 3 items from this spam company.They sent me two items,third item the knitted scarf I still did not get.On November 5 they sent e-mail to pay pal who provided dispute to me that as soon this item they will make they will sent to me.Up to now December 11 I still did not get and probably never will get.Shame on this company.

I ordered a coat almost 2 months ago and tried to track it. No response and got an automated email. I got angry and emailed them again. No response and then “you must’ve got it from another store. Not our store.” Please send this send that. Today is 12/11/2019. No coat and no money!!!
