Fast Chics.. Just what it says... they are fast with your money and nothing else.
Their shipping is at a glacial pace, you cant talk to anyone, their customer service is non existent, their products may look good in photos but in reality are lousy quality and poorly made.
But you can return it right?????
GOOD LUCK trying to send something back. My purchases were sent from California but they INSIST, you must send it back to China...(right)..
Well thought out business plan though.
This company is geared to take your money, FAST, and makes it impossible to return anything once you receive the products. (MONTHS) and should you attempt to return.... it just will not happen.
DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR. TAKE WHATEVER YOU WERE PLANNING TO SPEND WITH FATCHICS AND FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET....
It'll save you tons of time and frustration.

thieves that sell junk!! Definite buyer beware liars and cheats.Their stuff is junk, received a 20.00 shirt, tried to return it. Post office wants $54 to return it. Thieves told me to return the merchandise and they’ll give me a credit for my charges. I said I didn’t receive the merchandise except one shirt how can I return all items if I didn’t receive them????? SCAM SCAM SCAM FROM CHINA!!!!

Scam. Period. Still waiting after two months. No reply from customer service.

I would never purchase from this website again. I bought nearly $200 of merchandise and everything I bought was very low quality compared to the photos they used to advertise. I tried to return the merchandise but they wouldn’t respond. Finally I got PayPal involved since I used them to pay for the merchandise. Fastchics wanted their merchandise back and gave me an address to return it. However it costs nearly $80 to send back!!! I’m pretty sure Fastchics count on people giving up at that point. But I returned it! Then Fastchics told PayPal they wouldn’t refund me because they said the merchandise was “similar enough” to the photos they used. After going back and forth with the help of PayPal, I finally got my money back, minus the shipping charge to return the items. The biggest hassle!! And a lesson learned. I will never buy from a company I am not familiar with - ESPECIALLY from China!

Bad experience,the products are not what you aspect ,smaller ,with defects.They put you to pay the return shipments to China,even if the product is with defect .
I regret that I didn't read the reviews before!

My review is the same as most others. Clothing is nothing like the pictures. What you do get is poor quality rubbish. When I say what you do get, I mean you don't receive all the goods you pay for.

Do not buy from this company. Sweater looks nothing like the item they showed online! It is grossly misrepresented. I’m throwing it away.

As others have said, if I could give a minus star rating, I would. It is becoming redundant, but everything I want to say has been said by 99% of ALL other reviews!!! Products are crap/junk. Don’t believe the pictures! Customer service is a joke. Their response to emails is a copy of the previous response, advising the customer of NOTHING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I would have seen the reviews first. Took 2 months to get one of my items, still waiting for the second. The item I got was supposed to be 3 dimensional leaf gloves, was just printed flat material not even worth a dollar. Do not buy from this site or company.

If i could rate a negative I would. Products all crap or/and damaged. From China so no way to return. No packing list included with shipments. Got products (around 5) all different times, months after purchase. I want a refund on everything I bought.

Total fraud. they advertised a knitted coat, I received a polyester item with a print of the picture on it. It was a knitted sweater in the picture I got a polyester liner with a picture of the sweater in it. Total fraud.

I would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. I ordered leopard print lace up duck boots, they sent a totally different boot. Now wont answer my emails, I've reached out to them to correct their mistake. As usual with these 'hidden companies' their merchandise is from China. Beware of all the pop up clothing companies that appear on fb. I'm convinced they are all the same, using different names. For the most part the items are garbage. Or as in my case, they send the wrong item and suddenly it's your issue to foot the expense of returning that item. Of course shipping back to china. What a joke.

It was nothing close to what the picture showed, never buying from here again.

The policy to return the items is between 15 days after your purchase how they expected that if you received the merchandise a month later.

If there was a negative*I would’ve picked it! They take your money right away they wait weeks to send it to you and it is junk it is not worth the shipping never mind what you paid for it. This site should be shut down ! Read your reviews do your homework even if it is a pop-up and something you trust this site is horrible I’m still waiting for product and a refund

Cheap polyester clothes, that they said were cotton.. that look nothing like the pictures..awful clothes I wouldn’t wear out of my house..never ordering from them again!!!

Glad I did not order.I really wanted to,but I had a bad feeling about it. Also, there were NO REVIEWS about any of their products on the descriptive sites. I decided to wait until I saw some positive reviews, which never happened. They have now morphed to a NEW website called NORACORA. Same merchandise. Send a letter of complaint to PayPal or your credit card company. You might get a refund if merchandise is not received.
