Quality was costume quality. Items were incomplete and filthy. Wont communicate about returns. Scam.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Clothing was falsely advertised. I did not receive my entire order, nor did I receive my money back. IT IS A SCAM. Clothing is equatable to Halloween costume wear. What a joke! I should have done my research.

It would be a negative if possible. They will never mail your item, even if you pay express shipping. I cancelled my order and now I received only partial credit.

A TOTAL SCAM

The website offers beautiful clothing but you receive garbage!! The company is from China so returning is a bear. I had the charge disputed but don't order from China!! A big scam. They are advertising on Pintrest and I will contact them next so they know.

Please do not order from this company! They are making a lot of money knowing they are sending us junk clothes!

I ordered two pair of jeans, when I received the jeans they were entirely too big. They have a 15 day policy for returns. Fastchics is making it impossible to return the jeans within the 15 days. I have emailed them on several occasions but they REFUSE to provide the information to return the jeans. I will donate them. I have since found out that this is a scam web site and that they sell your information to other companies. Hopefully I won't have this problem since I payed through Paypal.

These clothes are the absolute worst quality. GARBAGE. The fabrics are awful and the pictures on their site do not resemble AT ALL what you end up getting. Truly awful. Do not waste your money on these rags. You’ll find better clothes at a garage sale.

Misrepresented Chinese Crap! A coat??? more like a summer lightweight bathrobe, and this is supposedly a Plus-Size outlet so I ordered Small and what I received is beyond tiny. Might fit a 10-year-old. Photos of Fall "fashions" look like warm, heavyweight fabrics that turned out to be thin, mostly polyester, and what texture? None! Only one item, while also misrepresented as a very warm fall scarf, is even remotely usable but the other four items are a total sham.
Stay away - far away = from this Chinese company that is shipping from a United Arab Emirates shill.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FASTCHICS! I ordered a scarf over a month ago with express shipping and it has never come. I was charged
$39 for scarf and express shipping. I communicated with them twice and get these vague emails back with no shipping date, and no name of delivery company and with a bogus shipping #.

Quality...imagine Part City, only 10 times below. TOTAL SCAM! please DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!!!! Anyone out there, is there a way to file suit for false advertisement? Tired of being scammed by the Chinese. Their ads do not state their company is Chinese, and what they portray as their product as advertised is not what you are paying for.
When trying to return an item, you are told they will give you a 20% refund, plus you have to pay for the shipping.

Really it's zero stars. I wish I thought to look at this site before ordering. Everything the reviewers above was true for me too. This is truly a scam company. I noticed many of the clothing pictures Fastchics uses are duplicates from the Sundance Catalog--same models and all! Yet, just as everyone mentioned, you don't get the texture or item as depicted.

Minus 5 Stars. It looks like this is a chinese company. What you see is not what you get. Sizes are incredibly small. This is a complete scam. No customer service.
I regret ordering from them. This company sucks. Do not order anything from them. They misrepresent the merchandise and the company.

Part of my order still hasn't shown up and it's going on 2 months. Zero help from the nonexistence customer service.

If I could give a -1 I would. This company is a scam. What you see isn't what you get. The clothing is bad quality cheap material. I bought a dress with embroidered sleeve and neckline and got a cheap copy with printed design that doesn't even look like the picture at all. So disappointing. These companies need to be exposed for what they are. Same cheap company with many different names. I am going to research what can be done to expose them.

TOTALLY A SCAM. Pictures on their website of the items I purchased were KNITTED coats and sweaters with cable stitching. I received PRINTED fabric that was supposed to look like knitted products. AND it was a hideous replica. They have obviously highjacked pictures from some other company and somehow created a fabric screen from the pictures.
They sent me a 5XXX when I ordered a LG. The other items were completely wrong sizes, based on their sizing chart.
They only sent half of my order and then offered me a 15% discount to KEEP what I have instead of shipping it back. They said I could use that $7.69 offered to have my clothes altered. That might pay to have a button sewed on - not to alter a COAT. Their math calculations of that 15% ($7.69) are completely off. I plan to return the items but I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING for the return with fees. Who knows what that might be? And who knows what they will say when my package arrives? I have disputed the entire transaction with Pay Pal but that hasn't been so pleasant either! I agree - BUYER BEWARE!!

I have been waiting for almost a month for my order, I got one thing out of 5 and the sizing is way wrong, way too small and not the quality or shape as described on the website and the picture provided. They take forever to get back to you and now I am cancelling the whole order on my credit card. If they don't give me all of my money back I am disputing this charge and reporting them as a fraudulent company.

I am very happy with my service at Fastchics. There was a delay in shipping the items. But when I told them I could not wait for a later delivery they promptly refunded me. All inquires were answered promptly.

Do not buy from them. The items look great on the site, but what is delivered is not even a close proximity to the items. If the item looks woolen on the site, it is delivered in polyester. I purchased a jacket that was supposed to be cotton with mirrors and beading - polyester print is what was delivered.

This is not a real company! It’s based in China, does not send an order confirmation number. Nor do they ever send out what you’ve ordered. Fraudulent! Do not order from them. Also I have seen this same website under a different name. Report this site so others don’t get scammed!

Just Fashion Now, Wotoba, Roselinlin, Modlily..Seems to be, all the same junk from China..selling under different names..

Don’t ever pay with PayPal..they will do NOTHING!

If you feel you have been ‘scammed ‘ PLZ file a complaint with the FTC..these SCAMMERS needs to be STOPPED-NOW!!

...If in doubt about Fastchics being a scam & gets all of your credit card info....just look up NoraCora.com--- same Chinese Scam Group using the exact same clothes & shoes as their bait...You will have your credit card info, your billing address info, etc. in their hands--- & it will get used...check your credit card statements...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

They charge your card for the merchandise and never send an email with confirmation number. Have not received reply to any of the emails I have sent. I just want to cancel items and be refunded full amount. Order was in 9/11/2019 it is now 9/23/2019 still no confirmation email. Don’t be a fool like I was!
