Fast Connect provides a free service for customers who are moving home and wish to have one point of contact for all utility connections, disconnections and transfers. Customer information is collected and sent to their selected retailers on their behalf. All retailers have the same correct details to close the customer’s old power, phone, internet and pay TV accounts, and establish new ones at their new address. This simplifies the administration of setting up a new address significantly, and customers find Fast Connect’s service to be quick, easy and hassle free.

I’m so grateful I met Moe!
What an incredible man with the utmost integrity! I hadn’t had the screen protector for long before it cracked slightly, and Moe generously gave me two replacements. Please don’t misuse my review to take advantage of his kindness.

The real point is this: I’m truly thankful I purchased my wife’s beautiful iPhone 16 Plus case from Moe.

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE!
Used them to port my home internet when moving- instead of requesting a port to new address they created a port out request from Telstra (even though I specifically requested to stay with Telstra) and no reconnection order at all. No one replies to my emails. I am literally doing their job myself now and stranded with no internet while working from home tethered to my mobile.

Hi Katia, I am the CEO of Fast Connect and was very concerned upon reading your review. Upon investigation I can assure you Fast Connect did not order your broadband disconnection. Your broadband was due to transfer on 2nd August, however the incoming occupant at your previous address was able to force a disconnection on 30th July by providing Telstra with proof of occupancy. Should you wish to verify this I suggest you request Telstra provide proof. Also please contact myself should you wish to further discuss. Sincerest apologies for this poor experience. Regards Jon

DO NOT USE fast connect!

Used this service for the first (and only) time to migrate my gas and electricity to a new address because it was recommended by my real estate agent. Fast connect failed to disconnect my gas. I found out when my gas provider sent me a gas bill more than 3 weeks after I moved. When I called Fast Connect they told me I didn't request the gas to be disconnected. Yet on the same order, they disconnected my electricity because I had vacated the property. What a joke this service is. It was supposed to make moving easier! NEVER again.

Dreadfully flawed process

An absolute shambles of a process. Had a gutful.
Joined Slingshot via Fast connect, sent them an email saying I'd given Nova 1 months notice as required, next day received an email from Slingshot saying I was live 🤷🏻‍♀️
Emailed fast connect to sort, they said they had. In the meantime I checked with Nova as I didn't want to lose broadband altogether...re-confirmed my leaving date...next day, get 2 modems from both slingshot and nova, 2 days later Slingshot charge me a break contract of $250 plus the modem delivery. Tonight I spent 30 mins waiting for slingshot who said nova took back the broadband. I have had a gutful of this whole process. Never happened like this before.
Also the first email I received from sshot had incorrect plan prices. It's the most incompetent process I have ever encountered.
Asked bybthe CEO of Fast Connect Australia to edit or delete but as far as I can see, when I googled online the two companies are related so replacing the feedback, and I also noticed you didn't ask the positive feedbacks to remove theirs. Can't have it both ways.

Disgusting behavior even from the CEO!

Just reported a fraud related incident to Fast connect in NZ and the CEO - Kelly and their manager i think the name was mike's approach was to bullishly call me, place me on loud speaker with out informing me, ask me who i am with no introduction and then when I informed them that i was extremely uncomfortable with their bullish approach they then responded rudely and aggressively "well you called us wanting us to help you did you not"? Well of course I would like to resolve the fact that your company has enabled someone to commit fraud under my name damaging my credibility and obtain further information as requested by the police!!
I have now also reported Fast connects unprofessionalism to the police!
The aus company say they are nothing to do with NZ, if that’s the case why does trust pilot connect the two together! Don’t trust them!

Attempting to use this company

Attempting to use - Fast Connect as a means to streamline utility providers.

Fast Connect even made moving with Telstra easier!

Fast Connect handled my utility and Telstra transfers when I moved in to a new property. The process was simple, I filled in a webform and confirmed some details in a quick phone call. I had my electricity, gas and water all transferred and they even handled changing my gas provider too.

Their team handled my Telstra transfer, from telephone and internet, to NBN at my new address and organised the delivery of my new NBN router, which worked strait out of the box.

Could not be happier with the speed and quality of service. It saved me from having to make 5 separate phone calls to my various utility providers.
