I was told I’d won a SOL ultimate gift box and to proceed with my details where to post it to, which I did. Then asked for £9.95 …the reviews I saw all looked legitimate etc. so I paid the £9.95. Was then asked for £1.95 purchase fee….I’ve had no confirmation email or anything but, the payment is pending on my account.

I’ve contacted my bank, they’ve cancelled my card and a completely new one is on its’ way. I now believe this is a scam!

Did anyone ever receive what they thought they’d won/purchased please?

I cannot find a contact address or email for Fastertask.com? My bank is also investigating this transaction.

Can anyone help, please?

Please don’t use these people they take money from your acct with letting you know this is fraud never heard of them will be ringing the card company to close it down

Fraudulent, taking money without any subscription. Does anyone know an email address to contact

I had never heard of Fastertask.com, and didn`t know what they do. Imagine my shock to see on my bank statement that they had already taken payments of £1, and £39.47 in April, and were attempting to take a further £39.47 from me early in May. For what exactly?
Having looked on its website I saw an email address and sent them an email to query what these payments were for. Emily Thompson replied stating that they found my details tied to an account and it has been closed, and i won`t be charged again unless the transaction has been reserved. No explanation of what these charges are for and whether I will be refunded. So I am none the wiser. I have contacted my bank and started a fraud claim against them. My bank has re-imbursed me £40.37

Seems like a big con to me. I paid £9.95 for a Screwfix toolkit. I've had no email receipt or order confirmation. I have contacted my bank and they will block the taking of any further payments which may be attempted

have taken payments without authorisation been in touch with bank that states this company has our email address and home address. so they can not get money back or cancel payments, but like everyone else they have no email or phone number to contact them

Don’t even give it a star to be honest like others I have been deceived by this unknown company. Was charged a pound @ first purchase & received no information whatsoever and then they took a payment of £39 now I have declined that these people have no chance of taken any more money .

Busy trying through my bank to get refunded as I don’t even know what this is for. A nightmare as I can’t afford to lose this money. 😡 Can’t even contact anyone so don’t know what this is all about so take it I’ve lost my money. Just hope the bank has got me unsubscribed.

Proffered to be an Amazon offer to which I responded. Then said it inc a monthly subscription of 39.47 which is rejected but they have still charged my account. No contact details for me to get in touch,!!!@

Was charged £1 for postage for a free gift from M & S. Looking back at the actual email is is clear now that this did not come from M & S. I have now been charged £39.47 on my card from Fastertask. Have reported to my Bank for misuse and they are also investigating.

Entered an online draw requiring a £1 payment. Next this I knew, three days later a payment of £39.47 was requested. No communication in the meantime, I did not subscribe and did not receive any services for this amount. When I checked their website there is no account registered to me. When I emailed and challenged it, they stated they have cancelled my account, but refused to state if the payment taken would be returned. MASSIVE FRAUDSTERS
