I’ve been trying to get an unused LLC cancelled for quite some time. I paid another company to do it and all they did was charge me an endless amount of fees and yearly charges. A lawyer wanted too much money. I contacted Fast Filings and they looked into it immediately. They communicated every part of the process and were upfront about the costs involved. They got it done when no one else could. Highly recommend!

They sent me an official looking notice that stated I had until May 29 to respond. It's basically an advertisement to have them file the annual registration form for $125 plus state fees. It takes 5 minutes to do it myself on the state website. Do not be misled into thinking this is legitimate and something you have to do through them.

Still waiting, I have heard nothing!!!

The website was unable to help me with my business. They did absolutely nothing besides write me an email informing me that they were unable to help. They then refused to refund me. Customer service was also extremely rude, and condescending. Called me a liar, and insinuated i was stupid. If i could include screenshots of the emails I would. My response to the insults were justified. Use these fraudsters at your own risk. (I'm a terrorist because I responded harshly to a condescending piece of shit.) Update** I won the fraud dispute, and got all my money refunded. Don't ever let big businesses take advantage of you.
