I am so excited with Fast Holidays. They make my life easier. Each time i think of travelling i know I am already sorted .. all i need is to cooperate and I already have my things effortlessly done! Many thanks to Stephen, he has made my life so much easier and is always available to answer me whenever! Thank God for Fast Holidays!!!!!! I am with them for life!

I reached out to this company via the WhatsApp number on the website. They were initially quite communicative and told me to pay a £200 deposit to help with a Belgium Schengen visa. Once that was done, the communication went downhill and eventually I told them to give me a refund. The agent (Harry) told me that the cant give a refund but will be able to give me a credit towards other services (which will mean I need to pay more at some stage), but after I insisted he agreed to process a refund. I was told that it will be done "Soon" and each day I got the same reply, then I was told it was a "delay due to Eid" and eventually I was told that it will be paid on the 12th June. You guessed it, to date I still have not been refunded and am being stringed along just so that I can remain hopeful and not post bad reviews. I dont know what their end game is, but I STRONGLY suggest to NOT use them or pay them any money. This company is taking advantage of people that are desperate to try get visa appointments and from my point of view, they are 100% SCAMMERS.

I had a very nice customer service experience from Wilson. His attention to details and friendliness and professional advice was top notch . And I was able to get my Schengen visa successfully with his guidance.

Dont waste your money on these guys. I dont even know why they advertise because it looks like they dont know what they are doing. Made silly mistake and was almost impossible to reach them.

Fast Holidays Agency misled me into applying for a Denmark visa I didn’t need. I clearly have UK Indefinite Leave to Remain and a Home Office Travel Document, and I repeatedly asked if I needed a visa for Italy — they said yes and processed the wrong application.

Result? Refused. Time wasted. Money gone.

They ignored my concerns, gave false information, and pushed me into the wrong route — all to take my money. I later confirmed I did NOT need a visa for Italy under my UK status.

Do not trust this agency. They’re unprofessional, misleading, and completely careless.
Avoid at all costs.

My visa was refused, and it was clear the blame lay with the documentation provided by Fast Holiday. While reviewing the application, I noticed some basic errors like being referred to as Miss instead of Mr. I had to point this out and ask for it to be corrected. If that’s what I managed to catch, I can only imagine what the consulate picked up on. The official reason for the refusal was that “the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of intended stay was not reliable.” That entire section was prepared by Fast Holiday.

Albert, who was supposed to be my main point of contact, stopped responding entirely after the refusal. Calls, messages nothing. Before applying, they had told me that if Greece rejected the visa, they would take responsibility and issue a refund, since “Greece never rejects applications for my nationality". Clearly, that wasn’t true, and now no one is responding.

I’ve lost time, money, and a planned trip all because of careless handling and poor communication.

I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone.

stay as far away as possible from these scumbags. Guys whoever reading this - I hope u can understand my frustration with these people . Found them through an instagram ad - ever since the beginning I smelled something fishy about them but I fell for it . I don’t want anyone of u guys to have the same dreadful experience I have had with them . I will be lodging a complaint against these people, Aron named guy was the person dealing with my Schengen visa query - I will definitely lodge a complaint for fraud starting with him. They think they can play with others lives and get away. There might be other good trust pilot reviews, I think it’s all fake . I might be the only guy giving u an honest reply . I can keep ranting all day about these people - that much they have hurt me and cheated me . I really wish if I had the power to stop this company and put all the people behind bars . Guys if u r applying for Schengen visa. - it ain’t hard , but if u dont have time and want an agent to do it - then search for some other agency - these people are just big time scammers . World is getting crazier day by day , hardly any humanity left and everyone is running behind money.

Do I have an option to categorize them as scammers? They provide fake insurance document, and fake hotel bookings which was easily caught by the visa officer and appointment was cancelled. They do not refund as well. Trust me it is easy to book appointment and arrange documents on own which I did later after getting scammed by them. Beware!

Services were not provided inspite of paying money. Beware!

Fast holidays have been very helpful. Jennifer from the team handled my case and she helped me get my Schengen visa. These guys know what they are doing so I would again apply through them in the future if I need visa next time .
