FRAUD - STAY AWAY!!!

I completely disagree agree with this company’s 5 start ratings, I believe that they are fake reviews. This company is completely a FRAUD - they were very quick to take my money, I paid them £160 for a visa to a country that I do not even want to visit or ever mentioned to the “agent”!! We are going on our first family holiday to Portugal and Spain via a cruise and I clearly told the “agent” this. He proceeded to complete an application for ICELAND for us?… why why I consistently asked him over a period of 2 weeks, he kept telling me My Dear it is not a problem, the Icelandic visa will allow me to access Portugal and Spain, through desperation, lack of knowledge and time I sceptically proceeded. I totally wish I hadn’t!! I kept chasing for the documents that they were allegedly preparing as I had had was a confirmation letter for the visa appointment. I prepared all the documents on my side, but had nothing from them. With absolute fear I kept chasing them and then with utter disbelief I received the incorrect documents the day before after relentlessly
chasing them for approximately 6 hours via WhatsApp and calls. We went to our appointment after receiving the “correct” paperwork only to be told that they were still incomplete. We were not told certain things like what amount of funds we needed in our account, paperwork had to be one sided and not double paged ect ect!! With a total limping our throat we went along with the bogas visa application, I had a guy feeling it wasn’t right. We had all these fake documents for Iceland and we weren’t even planning on going there, I repeatedly told the “agent” that we’re going to Portugal and Spain on a cruise and that I have all these CORRECT required documents why are you doing is for Iceland, without any explanation he kept saying to me don’t worry my dear!!!!!! Since receiving the visa I’ve contacted a couple of other companies who have told me we will have issues at the border as this visa has been gained under false pretences!! Through no fault of ours other than desperation!!! I’ve checked visa forums and they all say we will experience issues, rejection, fines and penalties!!! I’ve contacted This BOGUS company this morning and explained my findings only to be told by Tony, that he will have to speak with his manager and contact me in 30mins. Apparently they have an urgent meeting and can’t assist me at the moment, he will look into it and call me back, he confirmed the last 4 digits of my number. I asked him if he could help me at all by clarifying if we will have issues?… he then put the phone down on me, I called back but no no no answer, obviously because he can see my number. This company is a SHAMELESS organisation that will take your money, tell you lies, prepare fake documents at last minute, waste your time and feed you of your desperation. I am now having to look in what to do next and how to get the correct visa, avoid ruining our first family holiday for my two daughters who are 11 and 14 😢. These people don’t care and are quite frankly selfish and heartless. PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! I’m appalled that the visa organisation allow them to book appointments on behalf of people. Feeling extremely helpless.

Please do not fall for these scammers, they’ve done everything wrong for me, false Flight booking, false hotel bookings. I used them to apply for myself and 7 other persons and at the end of the day the defrauded me of a lot of money £ and we got a rejection from the embassy saying the flight booking and hotel bookings could not be confirmed, then i also contacted all the Airlines company the used to book our flights and the airlines confirmed that there was no booking reference for the flights. They are big fraudsters in the UK and they’re scammers..Time wasted, money wasted and holiday wasted. I will make sure to report this company to the authorities and every social media handle, PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

First of all I would like to thank Selina my agent, who worked hard throughout the visa process. I was struggling to get a slots for Portuguese visa, I came across with Fast Holidays through Google, so I contacted them and Selina was the person who worked on my visa application, she was very friendly and very informative with all the detail. Selina provided me all the documentation I needed from cover later, travel insurance, application form, etc... I must say that wasn't cheaper but the end result was worth it. I got my visa in less than two weeks. Oh..I actually spoke to her on the phone one day before my appointment and she sounded very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend Fast Holidays and the agent Selina for her services and professional skills. Once again thank you Selina and Fast Holidays

They misled me about the Schengen visa; I ended up with an 11-day-validity visa to Iceland that only allowed one entry, which I never needed.
