Been a customer with Fasthosts for 20 years and that should say it all. I usually telephone my tech support but this time as I was working with Cloudflare Chat. so I decided to use Fasthosts Chat (makes transferring data easier between the two)

Mark was my agent and patience must be his middle name- Cloudflare blamed Nominet and Fasthosts and Mark went back and forth with his DNS team..... eventually problem solved after exhausting every avenue and top marks go to Mark for hanging in there and getting the job done.

Fasthosts always provide an excellent customer service and today Mark was able to reply and clarify all my queries

I had a query about invoices on my fasthosts account. I opened a chat session with support and Ian picked up my request. He was quick to respond and immediately investigated what had happened and reported back his findings effectively. He indicated that the cause was inactive email accounts and offered to cancel them and arrange a refund for the un-used services, which was great. I've been a fasthosts customer for many years, and they have always given great service.

Mark has assisted me first class. Requested a cancellation and was no problem whatsoever. Submitted my request straight to CS to complete.

Almond Brexale Tello was very helpful in relation to my billing enquiry. The only thing I will say in regards to the process of being connected to him was that it took around 20 minutes, which I feel could've been a bit shorter.

Initially, Fasthost Customer Care exacerbated, what could be politely called an 'Administration Oversight' relating to unauthourised payments. Eventually, and after numerous phone calls and emails, my case landed with Elsa who professionally and with empathy, understood with clarity my frustration and turned the whole debacle around to a positive outcome both for me and for Fasthosts and their Customer Support Division. Having been with Pipex/Fasthosts for over 20yrs, this small bump in the road didn't alter my resolve to stay with Fasthosts, who have been consistently excellent for this length of time.
