Review on FastInfo Class – Misleading & Fraudulent Business Practices
🚨 Beware of FastInfo Class! 🚨
I enrolled in their Spoken English course after their team falsely promised that I would get live class recordings upon an additional payment of ₹588.82. However, after I paid, they denied access and refused a refund!
Their customer support, including Sayantan Chakraborty, has been ignoring my emails, and despite confirming a refund on Jan 24, 2025, I have still not received my money back. This is a clear case of fraud, and I am not the only victim—many students are likely facing the same issue.
I have now filed an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and requested Google to ban their misleading ads to protect others from falling into their trap.
⚠️ Avoid FastInfo Class at all costs! They use false promises to enroll students and then deny their commitments. If you’ve faced a similar issue, report them and file a consumer complaint!

fastinfo organisation has not comeup with the solution of my concern yet.
very bad experience with fastinfo.
They gave me wrong information regarding time on 3rd dec 24. they cancelled 2 more classes without information.
i dont have any portal where i can see how many classes are left.
not a good experience.
