Be careful when choosing this company!
First of all they advertise for the Banbury area. When you book them and pay they tell you that the instructor will pick you up from Oxford train station, hardly Banbury is it??
My daughter travelled to Oxford was met by her instructor. Lesson 1 was a 4 hour block. The instructor drove her to a remote part of Oxfordshire countryside and left her alone on a bench whilst he went for his lunch. The instructor also had a break for the toilet and another to stretch his legs. In all my daughter probably drove for about 2 and 1/2 hours out of the 4.

The next day was a 4 hour lesson again full of lunch, leg stretches and toilet breaks. I may be naive but I hoped that the instructor could have managed without all of those and may daughter could have had the full 4 hours that we had paid for. All my daughter’s lessons were scheduled to start at 9am, however the night before one of them the instructor changed this to 1pm. Meaning my daughter had to mess her work around. This lesson he also finished it 40 minutes early saying he would add it into the next days lesson. He never did.

At the end of the end of the 3rd lesson he drove my daughter to the test centre and told her this is where she would need to go the next day. My daughter texted the owner, Jason, to ask what time her test would be and he informed her that she did not have a test booked.

The last lesson I went with her to ask her instructor about all these points. He was dismissive at best, rude and ignorant. I demanded that days money be retuned and my daughter and I returned home without the last lesson/test.
I spoke to the owner Jason on the phone. He was very professional and could not apologise enough, even telling me me that the instructor would not work for him again, he still is. We were going on holiday the next day and Jason said he would get something sorted for when we returned. A week after we had returned we had not heard anything so I had to ring Jason myself. He had completely forgot about us and had nothing. Once again he could not apologise enough and ask for another week. Again one week later no contact, again rang Jason and was promised all the same things. Only thing different he told us he was really struggling to get driving instructors for Banbury.
Jason is a brilliant salesman, telling you everything you wanted to hear at the time, once the phone is put down he simply forgets you. When I rang him back up asking him awkward questions he just turns it on you, making out you are a liar.

Overall really disappointed with the whole experience and more importantly the owners lack of effort to correct mistakes.

Had a great time on the course, jason boosted my confidence while driving. Amazing company, fantastic instructor. Would recommend to everyone. Got me a test way before the GOV website would have. Again an amazing company and fantastic instructor

I’ve been looking for a test for a 2/3 months but couldn’t find any that were suitable times. Booked with Fast Pass Driving Courses and had a test within a couple of weeks. Communication was fantastic and I was always kept in the loop.

I booked for a 30 hour course with Fast Pass Driving Courses, I was given an instructor and a test date within a few weeks! I was able to complete my course and test around my crazy work schedule which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Does what it says in the title.... Fast Pass were great and Jason was brilliant. Managed to book the test within about 4 weeks. Would recommend to anyone who wants a reliable instructor that can fit it around your schedule. Not forgetting the great communication from Suzanne too. Thanks so much.

Booked with fast pass driving courses and they found me a test date within 4 weeks of booking! I’d been looking for months. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional.

Booked a intensive course with test for my son. This was with a 3 month lead time. Fast pass were unable to get a test. This was not confirmed however until after we had paid for and had the 18 hours of lessons at circa £700. All I kept being told is that we are 99% confident we will get you the test. Shocking ! with a very disappointed 17 year old. Do NOT pay for your lessons before you get a test date. Better still avoid this company.

Fast Pass Driving Courses, instructor Jason got me through my test first time. Lessons were very informative, well-structured and tailored appropriately as the course progressed. Jason is a great communicator during the lesson, he simplifies and explains everything at a level that is easy to understand and retain. I highly recommend Fast Pass Driving Courses.

Booked with Jason, had test date within two weeks. Passed. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

AMAZING!!!! normally booking through 3rd party is a scam but these people found me a test date within 2 weeks and i passed!!! Thank you a million for finding me a test!!!

Can’t explain how happy i am with this company and there driving instructors made me pass first time with 0 minors absolutely amazing definitely would go with them if your looking to pass your test Jason what a fantastic instructor.

Jason and Suzanne were excellent with finding an instructor and exam date within a month of booking. Passed a lot faster than if I were to go the traditional 1 hour a week and booking through the DVSA website.

Failed my 1st test, within about 2 weeks these guys had be booked in for my 2nd and I passed.

Worth the money, ridiculous wait time on GOV website, id personally recommend these to book your first test too to get the centre and date you want.

Jason of Fast Pass Driving Courses set out a plan for my son Sean and got him through his test. It was a pressure situation as Sean only had a short timescale to pass before he went back to resume his college education in the USA. Sean said that Jason gave him confidence and was calm, reassuring and provided excellent advice. Totally recommend Jason's business

Amazing experience from start to finish, my instructor Jason was brilliant always worked around shift pattern and put a great amount of time and effort in with me to get me my licence. Would hight recommend everyone who wants to get passed quick to use this company absolutely brilliant.

I needed a test really quickly I went on and paid for a fast track test, the next day Suzanne was in touch and she was on it , awesome service and found me one really quick , if I am in a place I fail again I’ll be defiantly using this company again and would recommend
