I tried reaching out to them but I have not received a reply. This could be a scam. Many bad reviews. I may have to ask PayPal for a refund.

The company does not respond to complaints. Sends goods completely not as described. After returning the purchased product there is a complete lack of any response. I do not recommend shopping at this company. Not trustworthy.

Purchase did not match their description at all. Asked for a refund which they said “that’s fine but shipping costs are all on you”. Ok $41 minus 8.99 I can handle that. I ask for a return shipping label and they inform me the the cost of shipping will cost me ironically $40. I can not even see how they are able to do that. Be very careful because I thought my purchase was through a company called Rosease. I paid through PayPal and notice that name did not match the company name (Fastshipstore). Then I email them as it’s their only method of contact and it comes up under “Leo Leo”.

Don't purchase from the fastshipstore. I was stupid and paid for VIP Shipping. My bank is investigating it now. They will pay me back too... I high recommend not to purchase anything from them. They ain't criminals, they are scum bags

I also paid extra for 3-12 days delivery over a month ago, & I still haven't received my order. Nor have I had any contact from customer service. I hate to feel like I been ripped off, but that's how I feel. And I'm mad.I want my magic teeth or a refund. Can someone from customer service please contact me.

It's a scam ! I purchased my order more than a month ago and still haven't received my order yet. Have emailed their customer service twice but no reply except auto response. Don't buy from them.

Fastshipstore scams you. I paid extra to have my product here with in 3-7 and it is now 3 weeks later and it is still not here!!! If you don't like throwing your money away, don't order from fastshipstore. The name is a joke!!!

This product came from China.Don't fit me at all. Also somebody try to use my credit card Info. Take your money from me. I have to close my account.Please don't buy anything!!! Very bad.

Beware scammer even PayPal won’t give your money back. Seller will not answer your emails so you have to go through PayPal. You can only claim billing issues or wrong description. There no claim for seller refusing to give you a refund or not answering emails PayPal is crap when it come to buyers wanting a refund due to not wanting the goods or not fit for purpose. So beware of this company is a scam. Don’t buy if you want a refund you won’t get one....

This Fastshipstore online store is a scam! I purchased an item iPhone Magnetic Double-Side Cover. Received a wrong size and send emails after emails for weeks but they don’t response.

Beware smart website but be careful when buying. cheap Chinese plastic items fastshipstore don’t reply to emails always buy through PayPal to get a refund. If not you emails will not be answers.
