Changes in activation date
I've talked to Nicklas in customer service about getting a new activation date for my subscription, and I had the best experience. He could assist me in English, and handled the process quickly and efficiently. He was very nice and patient.

connection has a decent speed, nothing crazy, it's unstable though, too many lost packets, but you get what you pay for 200DKK/month

Payed for technician saying it won’t work
Bought their fiber and talked with support about the fact that it is installed in the building but it’s only a cable in the stairwell and not in my apartment. They said it was fine and the technician would fix it. The technician arrived a month later and said it wasn’t possible and there were so many things wrong. I then called them again and they didn’t have another internet option that made sense for me, so I wanted to cancel it. A few days after they pulled 700dkk from my bank account without saying anything in advance. It was apparently because of the technician, but he didn’t do a thing… I called them and they couldn’t help.
UPDATE
Fastspeed reached out and wanted to refund med for the technician. I was very pleased with that. Although I wished I was heard when I first called and let them know about the inconvenience.

As stated in the order confirmation, a fee may be charged for a technician visit if the appointment cannot be completed as planned. This also applies in situations where the technician is unable to carry out the work due to circumstances at the address. However, we are sorry if this was not communicated clearly.
We fully understand your wish to be heard, and we are sorry that you initially felt this was not the case. We are, however, pleased that we were ultimately able to resolve the issues.
