Echo GX cool bike

Echo GX cool bike, but had many problems with parts breaks clocked leaver and caliper Db5, saddle broke, driver felt of from hub,
Bike has 3000 miles and 1000$ repair costs. Moved out of country.

Borealis answer:Per Borealis policy, we do not warranty parts that are not of Borealis brand. Any drive train or brake product should be evaluated by a local bike shop and a warranty can typically be done with the LBS.
My expectations was a positive sign
from borealis nothing happened.
Bike is used on gravel road and easy
Single trails.
Will not buy again a 3300$ bike again from this company because of
Customer support.

Best bike and bike purchasing experience!

Working with Steve at Borealis was the best bike purchasing experience I've ever had, and likely ever WILL have. He was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and patient — helping me to select the best possible bike, and best price, for my needs. They shipped the bike to me right away and I was on it that weekend. It rides better than any bike I've ever had and now I'm too spoiled to ride anything else ;) I'm so thankful for such an amazing bike company with the best people behind it! Thanks so much!

Best fat bike out there! So much fun!!

Best fat bike out there! I have so much fun on this bike out on the Utah sand! Everyone is envious of my fattie. But the seat is such a killer. Seriously Borealis needs to put a seat on their fatties that is a lot less painful! I ride this fattie a lot and I always have a smile!! I did replace the seat tho!!!

Amateur company bait and switch, impressive performance

Borealis sold me a bike on sale. The bike they shipped did not meet the description. They took all the XX1 components off the bike and replace them with bottom tier components and justified it as a sale they did not mean to have.Somehow I justified spending over $700-$1000 to upgrade to the components I thought I was getting in the first place. Over the past two years, I have had the Borealis branded seat and two carbon borealis seat posts fail, as well the rear Borealis hub. I have not otherwise had a warranty issue on any bike, this one left a strained relationship between me and the local dealer in Telluride due to no back-end support for him by Borealis either. I did not bother even contacting Borealis regarding the second seatpost that unglued from the mast, just put a spare on to save the headache. The Yampa frame has been spectacular, my daily commuter. As well, they did replace my rear hub components. Regardless of the sales weasel shennanagans, I will purchase another as the ride quality is so damn good.

Excellent product

I had nothing but a great experience dealing with Borealis. The price was great quality of products were exceptional. I was hesitant to buy a high end fat bike not knowing how much I would use it, but the Aspen I bought from Borealis make winter riding so much fun.
Thanks for everything

Poor communication

Poor communication. Did not deliver in agreed-upon time frame, and then charged me for fast shipping. I agreed because I needed the wheels. Even though I was a return customer, they were not amenable. I have never purchased from them again and do not encourage others to do so.

👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻

Awesome bikes. I’ve had 3 models and broke 2 of them. They were very responsive to my to claim but swapping out frames and parts etc is still costly and a logistical pain in the butt.
I would have liked to see them come out with some more progressive geometry bikes.
Also kind of bogus they are advertising their premium grade bike line on Craigslist 👎🏻

Borealis and Crestone

Easy to work with. Best pricing available. Easy shipping to home. Overall a great experience. Bought the Borealis Crestone. Great bike. Nimble for a fat bike. Light weight. Easily converted to 27.5+ for summer.
