Given the time of year, I was surprised how fast the delivery was.
The quality and functionality of the backpack (especially the magnetic, nice touch) is outstanding.

My only criticism is the lack of waste belt.

Other than that, the materials and design, are perfect for me and the Zealot S.

Booked a testride, and got a reminder mail that I ought to show up for that ride or cancel in advance. On the morning of the day for the ride I received a mail that they do not have that bike for testing present at the moment. That in itself is ok, but the mail contained no apology, nor information about future prospects for testing that bike. Its a small thing I know, but in b2c retail these small things make a difference for me when deciding to buy at one place or at another shop.

THE UPDATED VERSION:
DO NO BUY Boosted Board batteries from them if you're aiming to be able to ride your board right after you get the new battery.
Btw, they are great selling and assisting you to sell the product (I can speak ONLY about my experience buy a Extended Range Boosted Board battery). The product is brand new and arrived perfectly. BUT if you need to install the battery (due to updates on the firmware in order to make the battery actually works). THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP...or even find a solution.

Final note to Fatdaddy:
Guys, if you really want to help you customers and be transparent. As you know, this issue of not be able to connect the new battery to the board with happen to 90% of your customers. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT and help them!!!!! I'm feeling frustrated and almost scammed.

Everything perfect and we love our Dualtron Storm.

not much to say here. it was quick, easy, and cheaper than other stores that I found. no complaints.

No support during issue with Boosted rev battery within the warranty period. Was explained that batteries deterriate and that the battery is excluded from warranty. Strange when a 2 year warranty is stated on for a new replacement battery from Fatdaddy, but I guess the warranty even for the new battery does not apply a second after purchase otherwise the explanation given is invalid.

I made some mistake when paying, but my problem was resolved by the staff very quickly. Nice and professional service. Highly recommended!

I sent a boosted battery for RLOD repair. It took more than a month to came back, that's really long.
But the battery now works like a charm, and it's been updated to 2.5.1 firmware, that's really cool. Thanks Fatdaddy!

Very fast to ordered

Everything went perfect with my purchase, excelent costumer service, answered my questions very quikly, etc. Highly recomended.

The Atsa backpack is very nice, it supports my skateboard pretty well. Only complaint I would have is that there isn't really too much space to put stuff inside, but small compartmental things fit perfectly anywhere

I ordered a kaabo Wolf warrior 11 35 ah.

Very happy with delivery to denmark in 5 days.

But the scooter came with a loose foot mat (not glued on properly) that is ok,

But what is not okay is that a huge bolt is missing on one side of the scooter - i wrote this on the day i received the scooter and now they are basically telling me i am lying and Will not send me One!! The bolt is costum made in size!!

I buyed 2 boosted Belt and I reacived them in a week and I was satisfied with the service and there was no problem at all thanks Fatdaddy.

The team was amazing. So much helpful information on the OneWheel XR and Pint. Allowed me to test drive it a few times and get a real feeling for it. The onewheel was a lot of fun and I definitely look forward to purchasing one.
