I bought an electric scooter as a Christmas present on December 20. It’s been two weeks and the product hasn’t arrived. Customer service has been widely inefficient and stating, nine days after the order was made that; “Sam Hoekstra: I see your order got slipped out somewhere in our system”.

When I asked it it was possible for Fataddy to assume the cost of the late shipping, due to the delay and inconvenience, the customer service representative said: “I dont think its practical to just refund the shipping cost, I can refund the order or do nothing. since the scooter will need to be shipped sometime, they are being shipped from the Netherlands.

The cherry of the pie was that they told me tha if I cancelled the order, they would charge me for the cancellation.

The phone support is not working and Instagram people are jot coordinated with the people of the company. Very very bad service.

I’ve payed an extra fee to receive a tracking code and I didn’t get anything, I’ve been told I’d receive my bike by the 24th of December, I’ve placed my order the 9th and it still says it’s processing although my money went out straight away. I can’t track where is my bike!

I bought Zero 8 scooter on Black Friday discount with free shipping to Croatia because it was over 500€.
Everything went perfectly smooth and I received it in perfect condition after 10 days
