Best store in the Westcountry!
I often visit the Bude store, because of the store layout and the friendly, welcoming staff. Abbie and her colleagues are helpful and greet you with a smile. Their suggestions are always spot on when it comes to putting an outfit together and matching garments together. They are very knowledgeable about each product and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The Bude store is by far the best layout compared to the other stores in Devon and Cornwall. It is bright, well presented and has lots of room to look around. It’s easy to find things and the rails are not crammed with garments. The shop always looks tidy and appealing.
There is always a good variety of clothing, sizing and if you can’t find what you are looking for, the staff always offer to order online.
My dog loves it too as she is always given a biscuit!

I was looking for a certain size of the Elise Wide Leg Comfort Stretch Jeans in Vintagepale. They were out of stock online and in the stores around me. I went for a weekend away in Bude and went into the FatFace store to see if these jeans were in stock, however they were not. The lady working on the tills, Sue, was extremely friendly and helpful. She looked up which stores close by had these jeans in stock and also called around for me to check the other store definitely had them in stock and asked for them to be held back for me to collect the following day. All of the staff in store that day were really friendly and lovely, overall a really positive shopping experience in the Bude FatFace store and a great result that I finally got the jeans I’d spent so long looking for, they definitely went above and beyond with their customer service.

Sue the area manager went the extra mile and brought out alternative sizes and styles of pyjamas when I was Christmas shopping in Bude this morning. All the staff in the Bude store are always super friendly and helpful

Having a fabulous fat face in Bude is great. Staff are always very helpful and extremely good at their job,I always end up buying something every time I go in!!!

The staff were very helpful in my purchase of a new hoody. As they only had one colour in store (which I wasn't sure about) they checked online for another colour & suggested I order click & collect. I purchased the hoody in store (which was nice) but when the new colour arrived, I preferred it. So the staff refunded me for the original purchase, no problems. I ended up buying a pair of trousers for my husband online too. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly & helpful. I couldn't ask for more. & the clothing is lovely. Thanks to the Bude store.

I received good customer service which is a dying art just lately!

Very good service from Samantha in Bude when ordering product that wasn’t available in store. She was really friendly and helpful which made the whole process much easier and pleasant.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the order, and I always feel that customer service can be measured by the way that problems are handled. I called the store directly and spoke with Sue who followed up the issue for me. She spoke directly with customer service for me and then got back to me with an update. All resolved to my satisfaction, thanks to all involved.

Some of the best staff I have ever come across, very friendly and super helpful. Really wish this was my local store. The perfect combination, lovely clothes and lovely staff.

I had an online order to pick up in Bude. The lady I spoke to instore was very friendly and helpful. My order was well packaged.

My online order arrived quickly and I was kept informed of its progress from the moment I placed the order. I was delighted with most of the items, but had to return one item to FatFace Bude. As always, I was welcomed by very pleasant staff who dealt with my return in an efficient, friendly manner.
It is always a pleasure to deal with FatFace in Bude.

I buy pretty much all my clothes from FatFace and always pop in to a store when I see one. I have to say, the Bude FatFace store is a lovely place, all the products are hung or folded with care and curated into fabulous collections around the space. The team in Bude really are a great bunch of people, they are warm and welcoming and know the stock really well, offering suggestions and honest opinions. It feels much more like an independent store than a chain, like the staff actually care and really do enjoy themselves - no fake smiles here!
