Value for money
I have been ordering from fat face on line for quite some time with no problems it is not always easy ordering on line as you cannot try on the item, if you have time go into your nearest store try on for size ready for sale items,mostly true to size & the sale items are very good value, the last order was Airlie hybrid zipped top & the Vw stag t shirt all excellent value & good quality.

Good bargain in Sale.
I went in to see what Fatface had in their shop. Love their material and stuff. Ended up buying a fleece jumper for my daughter which was on sale. Quality of the fleece was soft and the colour was good too. Lower than what I expected. Its my go to brand.

Good boots for walking in the park
Easy to order on the website and useful to have option to collect at a store to try on boots
Messages with updates came through
Staff at the store were helpful as I tried them on and provided a bag to carry boots away

Lovely quality and fit trousers
Lovely quality and fit trousers. And very impressed that no extra price for next day delivery.
Also I had to return one pair of trousers because I had ordered the wrong length. It was very easy to make a return at the Cardiff Fat Face. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

A lovely shop with very friendly and helpful staff. I had previously seen a dress online and luckily it was in stock in the shop. Tried it on and purchased it.
The one assistant had on a lovely white broderie anglais dress but unfortunately it wasn’t available in the shop, she offered to check to see if was available online. Couldn’t ask for more.
