Lovely green dress, especially with the embroidered applique. I have several of these 2 in 1 dresses - they are so easy to wear and are flattering. What’s not to like!

Excellent customer service
Ordered something i could not get out to buy at the time. Items arrived by delivery. Excellent quality. I had to return an item. It was done very quickly and efficiently and the refund appeared in my account. Excellent service.

Untrained staff
Honestly my experience in Cirencester was mediocre. The staff were too busy gossiping about something to notice me! So involved were they in chatting that they didn’t realize I was only buying one item and not two ( one item I was simply giving back as it didn’t fit). They just weren’t interested in me as I interrupted their chat. I bought a top but thought it overpriced.
