Still waiting (2 weeks now) for resolution on how to return one item and one item I received needs to be replaced because it is defective, there is a tear right in front. My number for the request is returns CRM:0002860001690.
Thanks for your response but STILL NOTHING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, you obviously can see the email was received. I am extremely upset.

A successful shopping experience at my local Fat Face
Was looking for slipper socks and was delighted to find them in my local Fat Face after a lot of looking around elsewhere. Also looking for stocking fillers for Christmas and found some great ideas there to; all nicely packaged and reasonably priced for these times. Loved the hedgehog and mushroom cruet set. Friendly helpful staff too.

Efficient service but no smiles
Assistant very efficient but didn't smile once & didn't offer paper receipt jyst assumed I wanted an online copy which I don't mind but should have been asked

Fab location, lovely staff
Always a pleasant and friendly customer service with a lovely atmosphere. There is always a good turnaround of stock which is great for a smaller venue.
