I popped in to my local FatFace store…
I popped in to my local FatFace store as I’d seen a top online that I wanted to try on for size. Unfortunately the top I thought I wanted wasn’t available but I tried on one that was similar but I wasn’t sure about the colours. This is when Alex introduced herself to me. She couldn’t have been more helpful. As a busy 50 year old I’ve lost a bit of confidence in what suits me but she was so knowledgeable about the clothes that I came away with a top that initially was quite out of my comfort zone. Once home I tried it on to show my teenage daughters who I knew would be brutally honest and they loved it. I can honestly say it’s become one of my favourite items to wear. I can’t thank Alex enough, it was such a wonderful shopping experience and I’m looking forward to going back so she can push me out of my comfort zone even further!

Just popped into the east grinstead store. Was served by Alex who gave great advice on styles and sizes. Came away very happy with all purchases. Really nice to have staff that are so helpful and friendly...Will be back !

A feel good experience
A great place to shop. You’re always met with a smile & the shop rings with chat & laughter. The displays are fresh & well laid out with room to move freely around the shop. Alexandra & her colleagues are happy to offer advice about ‘styling’ your buys.

Perfect
Click and collect order to local store very quick in arriving. Staff in shop very helpful , tried on in store and returned one out of the four ordered . This was immediately refunded in store.

Recommend a visit
The staff at the East Grinstead store are always very friendly and know the products so well. Although I only made a relatively small purchase in the shop today I received a great deal of help and was made to feel really valued. Huge thanks to Helen and Victoria. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in town.

I gave only 3 stars because plastic is still being used. (Only about 17% recyclable ever actually gets recycled).
The clothes are very nice and good value, and the assistants in the shop are excellent - kind and helpful.

A lovely store with delightful staff
What a lovely selection of clothes, and all sizes available. Also prices not outrageous for the quality and fabrics. I was merely browsing the East Grinstead store when I found a lovely smock dress that I felt would be perfect for my daughter's graduation. Staff were so lovely and helpful - Cheryl Anne and Alex - and found me a cardigan that would compliment the smock perfectly. A delightful shopping experience all round.

Wish it was my local store
I visited the East Grinstead shop recently when I was in the area visiting my mother. The welcome, service and advice I received from (I hope I have remembered their names) Charlotte and Vicky was brilliant. Loved their enthusiasm and friendliness. Best shop I visited in East Grinstead and will hopefully be back soon.
