East Grinstead store.
Always good to pop into the East Grinstead shop to see what new stock they have. Had a look around to see what was in the sale and bought a navy sweater. Fun banter with the store manager makes the shopping experience fun 😁.

Quality change
I have not shopped in FatFace for a number of years but decided to buy a leather bag and purse in the sale.
The bag and purse look like very good quality. So I have my fingers that they last a long time.
I also purchased a cotton top and a Alica zip through hoodie. Compared to my previous purchases, there is a huge quality difference. 80% polyester/acrylic and 20% cotton. I would never have paid £68 for the hoodie and I am wondering if its even worth £40 for it in the sale.
What a shame FatFace. Go back to your previous quality and I will pay £80 for the hoodie because of the quality.
However, I would have given the staff at East Grinstead branch 5 Stars + as they were so helpful.
