Loved Fatface for many years.
Although I feel with the influence of Next, the Fatface brand has lost a bit of its identity.

There's so much I love about FatFace
There's so much I love about FatFace: the quality of the clothes, the style, and the colours/patterns. But, most importantly, the customer service is consistently good. The team is warm and welcoming, our dog gets treats (in fact, she pulls us into the shop to get her treats!), and it's just an all-round good experience.

Initial order sent incorrectly. Should have been 34:12 but sent 34:10 1/2. All sorted but irritated by the girl in the local store who appeared to be working from a script and would not allow me a word in edge ways. When I eventually managed to quieten her she accused me of being rude and offensive. She needed to learn to listen to the customer otherwise an excellent service.
Exeter is an excellent store.

Staff in store excellent in all ways. Directed me to website for specific items they checked were on website and wrote details down for me. Offered to order online in store but I wanted to look at site. Found items easily online and ordering simple and straightforward. Was delivered on date estimated at checkout. Very happy with items ordered.
