Website easy to find products, and it’s always helpful to go into a store to see the item so you know exactly what you’re ordering in size needed if not in store! Products delivered are of an excellent quality and fit & material they’re made from, truly flatter the shape of the person wearing them.the click & collect was easy to find in store and shop assistant was professional.

I shopped online, in the sale and found 2 items I wanted, ordering and paying for these items was easy. The communication about when my items were in was good. The only problem I had, and hence, the 3 stars. Was the collection. I was told on a Sunday afternoon it was available for collection. We drove into the shop to pick it up and found they had closed early for restocking. It was a wasted journey and I had to make other arrangements to pick up my order. It would have been helpful and saved a journey if the early closing had been communicated, via email or text, to me before we drove into Exeter.

I'm getting slightly worried and embarrassed to admit that my entire wardrobe is from FatFace.
The staff at my local branches are always very helpful.

Visited Exeter store to return a sale item within the 14 day return period. Very pleased to discover that the company had recently extended the returns period to for sale items to 28 days which meant I could wait for an online order to compare sizes. Please note I don’t know if this change is temporary or permanent.
Thought this was really helpful after Christmas and considering all the weather events of the last few weeks.
Staff always very helpful in this store and all they can to sort out any problems.

Always have a lovely welcome experience at FF in Exeter.
Never any order problems.
As an older woman, the varying ages of staff help to make me comfortable in the shop.
Clothes are generally as described and could be returned if not. (Never had to return an item)

Had an unexpected hour to spare this morning so nipped into Exeter on my bike to buy a pair of jeans - then realised I'd mislaid the key to my lock.
Went to White Stuff and Zara, politely asked if I could bring my bike into the shop with me while I looked for jeans, / perhaps they wouldn't mind casting an eye on it against the window, as I had no bike lock and couldn't leave it unsecured. If I had uttered "dog poo" instead of "bike" I might be able to understand the panic, horror and officiousness of the responses with which I was met. As it is, (bearing in mind it's midweek and there literally were no other people in either shop to be hazarded by the bike) I don't get the logic of treating customers like they're brandishing dog poop instead of a bike plus cash - and who won't then return to spend.
In contrast, Nathan in Exeter Fat Face cheerfully said "No problem, of course, I wouldn't want to leave my bike either", indicated an appropriate space...enabling me to spend £200 on three pairs of jeans. Friendly, efficient (professional)! Nice one.
