I wrote to say how disappointed I was with the customer service I had received from the manager of the Lytham store, to be told to have a chat with him. I actually hope not to have to speak to him again.

As always good purchases
As always good purchases, Even l had to return an item as it was far to big, the replacement arrived three days late and later in time that l was informed.
I feel that l can always rely on FatFace, as being a plus size and being well over 21 your style, price and service, weither in store or on line is always a “plus size” success.

Lovely customer service
After purchasing several items in the sale I found that I had to return one because it was the incorrect size. The lady serving us apologised and offered a full refund immediately. I had already decided that I wanted to use the money to buy another item though. The lady was incredibly kind and helpful providing excellent and active customer service as she assisted me in looking for an alternative. I settled on a beautiful skirt with pretty print of strawberries on it. As always shopping at FatFace was an opportunity to purchase high-quality clothes in a pleasant environment, but today reaffirms why it’s one of my favourite places to shop.

Collected from Lytham store after prompt delivery and excellent communication via email of progress of purchase. The usual good quality product from Fatface, this time a Woolacombe hoodie with size as predicted. A special mention to the Lytham store staff, very friendly as usual, and their attention to detail is to be commended. Thank you Fatface.

What a lovely experience I had on my visit to the Lytham shop. The staff member was so lovely, after a phone call she put a pair of sandals away for me and had them there for me without any fuss. I ended up buy two pair and with a discount too. Very happy. Thank you.

Welcoming and friendly. Great shop to visit in Lytham which is also dog friendly. This makes a huge difference, allowing the family to shop together. Great selection at value for money prices.
