Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service.
I been faced some issues with some staff in the Reading branch. My child left some toy which been purchased in the shop. We went back to ask for it, but the guy in the shop wasn’t helpful at all. He was kept saying that he gave us receipt but he didn’t. I asked to few times for help , but he was repeating he gave us receipt. He Supposed to help. Not keeping saying that he definitely gave us a receipt. Unfortunately not helpful staff in Reading branch.

Dresses are really nice and the staff at Reading town centre was very helpful when I went to return the dress.

Problems at Reading store
Many problems following a purchase at the Reading store. There was supposed to be email to confirming purchase and delivery, it never arrived. Phoned the store, they couldn't help said phone customer service. Phoned customer service who said they could see the purchase and would send email confirmation. The email never arrived. In desperation went back to the store, couldn't help, went off to get the manager. Manager never appeared, we were told he was "too busy with important paperwork"!
Two stars because second visit to customer services was very positive and helpful and resolved the issue. Pity they didn't get it right first time.

Delivery time is so bad. every time I ordered delivery was so poor even will deliver in store. It took nearly 2 weeks to deliver in store.

Great quality of products and customer service
I bought four items online and it arrived the day after my purchase, so amazing. I had to return a couple of things as I wasn't convinced with the size, and the refund came through quickly as well. I'd recommend the brand.

Absolutely rude
Was in the reading store this past week and was having a lovely time with one of the ladies that worked there who was helping me when, I can only assume she was staff, shouted across the room at the lady who was helping me saying ‘what are you doing? I need you now.’ The lady with me was absolutely mortified and I just felt disgusted with the lady who had shouted.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Was looking for a particular dress but had sale stock in the main only. Advised me that had some of the new season stock upstairs and the dress I was looking for was one of them so they went and got one for me to try on. They explained that they only have regular length but that I could order a short online. I tried it on and fitted well apart from being far too long so I followed their advice and went home and ordered a short online. It was delivered promptly and I was able to wear it to the occasion I wanted it for.
